Welcome to Tee Fore Two! This (4 Bedroom ~ 3 full bath) oceanfront home sleeps 8 and has one of the largest screened-in oceanfront porches on the island! Conveniently located directly on the beach, one block from Center Street, and just a few blocks from the community tennis and basketball courts,guests will enjoy all that Folly has to offer!

Our guests are sure to enjoy the oversized side and back porches with plenty of outdoor seating and vast unobstructed ocean views. With beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout the main living areas and bathrooms, the wide-open Southern style floor plan in this upscale home makes this a relaxing and comfortable environment for all. Additionally, there is abundant seating in the living room and dining area for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen will have everything you will need to prepare meals for family and friends.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Garage parking not available.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a reservation withing 60 days of your arrival date, the other 50% of your reservation will be charged within the next business day.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

    The view was amazing—sunrise and sunset! RIGHT ON THE BEACH—no obstruction of the view! Easy private access to the beach! Downtown, easy to walk to most restaurants (which were plenty). Close enough to Charleston to discover all that it has to share. Garage parking was a huge plus!

    We enjoyed the Tee Fore Two house very much on Folly Beach! The screened-in porch made the house so enjoyable. We ate most of our meals out on the porch and there is enough seating so that everyone was comfortable. We had six adults and two children and everyone had a great time. I’m sure we will be back at this property!

    We loved our stay! Wonderful location on Folly Beach with close proximity to everything. The house was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Our only suggestion is to provide small beach chairs and beach towels to take to the beach. The beach is a huge draw for this house and providing these additional items would have made our stay that much better. All in all, a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

    This property was exactly as pictured. There was ample space for our family. The location at mid beach was perfect. We enjoyed being just a short walk to the coffee shops, Bert’s, and restaurants. The kitchen had every dish, pan, glass, utensil, kitchen tool, barbecue tool, and cutting board that you could possibly need. We loved the easy access to the beach. It was a great pre-holiday experience for this Midwest family.

    This house and location was wonderful, but it should never have been on the market to rent. Folly beach is rebuilding the beach and construction occurred 24/7. The tractors ran all night and the beeping from them backing up kept us up all night. You could feel the vibrations from them plowing the sand. Instead of having a relaxing week we literally are sick, exhausted, stressed. The rental company, who were very nice and easy to work with comp'd us a night, but they should have moved us or comp'd the entire trip minus cleaning etc. If I wasn't with my family we would have left the first night.

    Enjoyed the oceanfront home and short walk to the pier and restaurants. Would stay at this property again, my parents absolutely loved the screened, oceanfront porch. My OceanRental was great, very informative!
