It was conveniently located to downtown Austin. The house came with all of the essentials, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. It was a lovely place to stay and hosts were responsive. I’d stay there again!

I love this house! I've stayed there a number of times and it never disappoints. The house is always clean and well-appointed and close to pretty much anything I need in Austin.

This property was perfect for our visit to Austin! It is located in a cute, walkable neighborhood. There is a wonderful coffee shop, Lau Lau's just down Guadalupe, several restaurants, a bookstore and an old fashioned candy shop.We had an easy drive to shopping, the LBJ library, Barton Springs, and several outdoor food and music venues. The house itself was stocked better than any rental that we have visited. There is a nice seating area in the backyard we enjoyed in the evenings after a day of sightseeing.We will definitely book again if in the area.

Great little house, conveniently located, super clean, fast/friendly communication, and very thoughtfully stocked with all the little odds and ends you need for everything to run smoothly (or might have simply forgotten to pack).

Everything was great! We just don’t know how to use the tv/Roku. Wish instructions were included.

We loved this house in Austin! It was the perfect space for my husband and I to stay with our son for a college visit to UT. With SXSW happening during our stay, we were happy to be away from the crowds downtown. But we were still within a short drive to campus and restaurants. The house was very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was so well appointed. There was nothing we were missing and so many additional things we didn’t even know we would want. It’s conveniently located to everything. It’s my top choice for Austin stays.

Great for folks who need a base camp for a busy Austin vacation or work event. Like a large extended stay suite with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Comfortable outdoor space for a few guests. Easy to find and you're walking distance to restaurants, bakery, and grocery.Not a place where you'd throw a party, because the neighbors are very close. But the outdoor area is shady, and the putting green is fun.Would definitely choose this property again.

The house was in a great location. Very clean and organized. It was wonderful to see family games, coloring books and children's items to eat with! Just the right size for a family and we loved the putt-putt in the backyard.

We didn’t spend too much time at the house because of the reason we were home but while we were there it was perfect for 4 adults, very accommodating and an awesome backyard!

The home is great. Nice comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all the necessities and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. The backyard patio is great. Plenty of seating and a nice little putting green. If we ever are in Austin again, we will definitely try to stay here again. Also Stephanie and Bradley are really nice and great to communicate with if needed.

We stayed here for a conference downtown and it was perfect! Easy to get to downtown, clean, and comfortable. Hosts thought of everything and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

The house is very cute! I was amazed at how well stocked it is! It even had Scotch tape for last minute wrapping! I’m sorry that a gold car was parked directly in front of the house our entire stay. Our son had to park down the street. My only suggestion is the bath tub would look so much better if it could be re grouted.

The property was immaculate and beyond well stocked! The turfed backyard was a pleasant surprise. Even a mini golf green. No need to go out for any type of consumable. From bath soaps, shampoo etc to sweet n low for toe coffee. I will absolutely book this property again in my next visit to Austin.I highly recommend this house for your stay.

Cute two bedroom with a jack and jill bathroom. Clean, well maintained and communicative hosts. Hyde park is a great place to stay too-close to public transit and some Austin staples (quacks, hop doddy, etc). We had a great time!
