2031 Deer Island Treehouse Walkable to Harbour Town

Great location. Super close to Harbour Town shops and restaurants. We saw deer right outside our door on most days, which totally thrilled our kids. While it is not a huge space, the space is well used and worked well for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of supplies provided and host was responsive.

This location was everything! Being able to walk to the park and lighthouse made this so enjoyable with two kids!

Convenient to everything in Harbor town and short bike ride to beach. Very quiet and very safe.

Excellent location close to everythign and a quaint spot and very nice.

Great Treehouse, never stayed in one before. Location was great, next to everything. Love the supplies and linens provided however it would have been nice to have a Pitcher to mix drinks even a small one from the dollar store. The shower curtain and bedroom curtain were stained pretty heavily and could use a little cleaning and we could not get the bedroom tv to work other than that everything was very nice

We enjoyed everything about the Treehouse and the Harbortown area.The Treehouse had comfy beds, and very nice living room and kitchen.

We had a great stay. Will be back.

Great Stay! Location and Home Top Notch!

The house was great for our family. Only thing I wish I could have found was the ironing board. Loved having the beach equipment available for use.

We will absolutely return to the Tree House on Deer Island! From the perfect location for riding bikes and exploring, the floor to ceiling windows in the trees, the best sleeping beds, and most magically the friendly deer that ate out of our boys hands and let them actually pet it... we loved every moment of our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and left wishing that we could’ve stayed longer! The property is so beautiful. The interior is tastefully decorated and the lush greenery and wildlife outside made our stay so magical. We loved the location too - many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay here again :)

The place was perfect. Super clean, well laid out. It’s a tree house on Deer Island, which is what we always want. Secluded from constant traffic, animals everywhere. Garbage is easy to get to, laundry room is convenient, a 7 minute walk to the trolley that takes you to the beach. Kitchen is set up well, and well stocked with pots and pans. Life is hectic, this place turned my stress level to zero. Thank you, Meredith!

What a great place! Very peaceful and relaxing, but also very close to Harbour Town, with many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

This treehouse is so magical! It’s our second year & we already booked next year. Meredith is very responsive. The house is great for our family- easy & big kitchen, dishwasher (some treehouses don’t have one), spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a great place for all- but especially if you have kids- it’s amazing. It’s unlike anything else. Deer Island itself is private yet at the same time close to everything in Harbor Town. Just book it! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely an amazing stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Walking and biking distance to harbour town and great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

Our family LOVED this property! It was great to be somewhere tht felt like it was completely removed from life but was actually just a short walk away from all of the ammenities in Harbourtown. We loved feeling like we were in a treehouse. Our boys loved the hammock swings and visiting with the deer. We loved the very comfy beds and plush linens, the beautifully decorated space and unique design. We hope to be back very soon!

Beautiful place in a great location. Close walk to harbour town. Had everything you would need in a jungle like oasis.

The place is adorable and clean. Its location next to Harbor Town cannot be beat. We loved seeing the deer and raccoons in the evening. We will definitely be back!

Overall a great experience. Beds were super comfy! Updates on the place were very nice. Only real considerations would be updating pans, upgrading toilet paper and there were a handful of dishes that had some caked on food. Overall, impressed with the property.

Well equipped, comfortable beds, couldn’t have asked for more

Property Manager is amazing with communication, allowed me to ship a last minute anniversary gift to address! The tree house was clean, and kitchen was stocked with necessities. The bedding was SO comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching a family of deer visit us each evening and morning. Walkable to many spots in Sea Pines and accessible bike trails for a perfect 1 year anniversary celebration. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

There were so many things this little space cannot hold all the information I’d love to give out there’s a $20 a week fee to get into the plantation and all the property people that we spoke to our Mo there no one ever charged the people but this property did charge the people and then and it was never said so when we got there, we were unprepared, and then when we did open the door, the place was filthy dirty Not even a dish cloth one dish towel see, both sinks leaked and her way she fix it was broke off a plastic knife and put it in the drain. That’s only a small portion of what our experience was.
