Marci & Danielle were great helping us as needed! The room was spacious enough to get ready for the wedding and yet relax, and all be together. The backyard was so beautiful - our photographers took a lot of pictures there and they turned out great! Choosing this condo for our wedding stay was the best decision ever! We absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation to Amelia Island. The property was perfect for our family. The location was great with lots of fun adventure options nearby.

Everything was fine but we could not find ABC on the TV to watch the game on Saturday. Only 1 guest in our party tried to watch it on TV but it was disappointing.

The property is nestled in a beautiful shaded, wooded area just steps from the Omni, the lovely shaded pool, and many of the fun amenities on the property, including the putt putt course, the many shops and restaurants and the Nature Center on property. It's also directly across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. In short, it was perfectly located. And the home itself was so comfortable and well laid out, it was the perfect setting for some old friends to get together and cook, play board games, watch TV and chat in the kitchen, living, and dining areas. We loved that all the bedroom areas were upstairs, it made it easy to put the kids to bed and then hang out for a bit downstairs after, and also all of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were roomy and extremely well-appointed and comfortable. Truly this property has everything we needed, including a nice large grassy area beyond the back patio for the kids to run around and play while the adults had a drink on the back patio loungers or picnic table. Would absolutely love to return here.

Our family of 5 (with big kids ages 16, 18 and 20) had an absolutely wonderful week at this home. With the beach right across the street, tennis nearby where we could take group lessons, and lots of tree-canopy covered walkways, we always found enjoyable things to do for our active family. Ventured North to the downtown Amelia Island area to play putt-putt and eat out a couple of times throughout the week and otherwise had everything we needed to prepare our food at the house. Also, it was great having a private bath in each bedroom, so perfect. We wanted for nothing and had an awesome week - cannot recommend highly enough and I hope we can return soon!! Could use more comfortable pillows (LOL) but everything else was updated and wonderful. Clearly the owners take pride in their property.

The condo is wonderful - the couches and beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. About a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: While the space was comfortable and clean, there were quite a few frustrating things about the space and location. First, if you have some short kiddos they will not be able to reach any sink in the bathrooms unless you have about a 1.5 foot stool with you. I brought one that wasn’t tall enough so we had to go buy a new one while there. Second, none of the windows have any black out or light dampening capability. The slats you see in the picture are it. So when you have kids that take a daytime nap and are used to the dark.... good luck. Also, don’t expect to be able to walk around when they nap either. The second floor is extremely creaky and quite loud. The room with the twin beds has a door that must be slanted because unless you push it all the way open to touch the wall it will swing, gaining momentum, and slam loudly closed. The Omni plantation people were outside working and grinding trees, blowing leaves, and whatever else promptly at 8am. In fact, one morning we were all eating breakfast in our pjs at 8:35 when a man with a leaf blower was able to see through the glass doors straight to us. That was very uncomfortable. I assume they were putting in fiber internet when we were there so there was a lot of excess noise when you were inside and outside. A great opportunity as us homeschoolers to show how a tree grinder works but not very relaxing. The fridge is not hooked up to water, so if you want ice or filtered water you have to buy it and bring it with you. The walk to the beach wasn’t long but it was up and down on the boardwalk which made pushing the wagon a bit tiring. You can’t get into the unit without going up stairs. Again hard with a wagon. They do provide a couple boogie boards and plenty of towels for the beach. That was much appreciated. There is a small closed off space where we could get our kids out of their bathing suits and rinse the sand off in privacy which was also a huge bonus. Overall, it sui

This rental was more than we could have asked for. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a gated serene resort community. Everything was so clean and the beds were amazing. This is the only vacation I have ever been on that I was able to get quality sleep away from my home. Check in/out was so easy and efficient. The owners really thought of everything we could need (beach chairs, maps, activity recommendations, local menus, etc.) Our special welcome gift was so nice and thoughtful. We will be staying here again!

This is a great condo for the price. We've stayed at some smaller 2 bedroom condos around the resort that cost the same per night so we liked the fact that both our children would have their own bedrooms for the same price. The rental company was very responsive and was able to grant us with our early check in request. The condo well appointed with everything we needed. We've stayed at places that provided one additional roll of toilet pager and one coffee filter before and this place had more than enough of all the basics such as TP, hand soap, dish soap, etc We were very overall very happy and would def book this place again.
