2-story townhouse with sound views, washer/dryer, community outdoor pool, AC

Over all, great rental! We did have a couple minor issues but nothing crazy.upon arrival, the lock wouldn’t accept our code and we had to call in to Vacasa for assistance. They gave us the lock box code and we ended up using the key for our entire stay. There were 3 full size beds and 2 twin, plenty of room for my family. Beds were pretty firm, rooms were beautifully decorated. It was lovely that each of the lower bedrooms had their own bathrooms, although I felt bad for my sister in the upstairs bedroom- their bathroom was the “main” bathroom. I tried to avoid using that one to respect their space. Kitchen was the perfect size, but if you love to cook you might want to bring your own egg pan, pasta pot, and cookie sheet as the rental ones have seen a lot of prior use. The pool and beach access were exactly as we had hoped, although the distance from the pier was a bit of a trek for the young ones so we did end up driving when we wanted to get ice cream or dine out. We were very close to a cute little playground and walking dock on the sound side, it was a lovely place to spot local wildlife. All in all, we would definitely stay at this place again.

Well stocked, liked the layout, beds were comfortable, no issues.

This is located on great place to get to the beach easily. We loved the pool. Parking was good with overflow areas.

The house was great! Loved all the bedrooms and the view out of the upstairs balcony. That was a regular spot for morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful location, we had a great trip!

The place was great. Vacasa obviously put effort to make sure not a detail was missed (e.g. amount of dishes and utensils, body wash/shampoo, dishsoap and sponge). Clean. Close to both the pool and the private Condo resident beach access. Plenty of room!

Loved the private beach access and proximity of the beach. Pool was close to us but it was not available for most of our stay but it would’ve been great to have had.

Plenty of room, easy beach access, quiet neighborhood, very clean.

We stayed for 3 weeks and found the rental to be as advertised. The walkway to the beach was great. The only drawback was the lack of internet/wifi.

The location and community this home is located in was perfect for our large family of 6. Close enough to the beach to where lugging supplies for 4 small children didn't break your back, and the private beach access is a total plus.
