The house was very well kept. A lot of detail went into the house whenever they did the remodel. Outstanding Host. Will definitely stay again in the future. Beautiful home. If 10 stars was an option, it truly still wouldn't be enough.

The house was very cozy, nice neighborhood, we will definitely stay again.

Very spacious and comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. The bathrooms are a little small but both have showers and a tub in the downstairs. Home is cozy and decorated nicely. Convenient area to stay to all we wanted to do. We walked the neighborhood area in the mornings. There was a severe storm one morning with some damage to the property and loss of power. Jess was great in responding, keeping in touch to make sure our stay was comfortable, and getting the property cleaned up quickly.

Everything was perfect. Spacious and user friendly space. Very clean.

Felt at home. Privacy was respected, yet we knew we were just a call away if we needed anything. House has everything we needed and then some (baby supplies). Decor was nice but not over the top. We will definitely look at staying here again next time!!

The house smelled like weed when we checked in. The smell lingered basically our entire stay. But other than that - the house was perfect for what we needed!!

This house worked great for our group. The weather was rainy so it was a lot of indoor time but the open floor plan and space of the family room, dining room and kitchen worked well. Got to meet the owner Jess. Thank you for working with us!kitchen

We stayed at this lovely VRBO so we could be close to KUMC during my husband’s surgery. It was the perfect size for me and all our adult children. We felt at home and safe. Our host Jess was attentive and kept us informed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location of this property is in the heart of the city and allowed us to travel where we wanted to go within 20 minutes of almost everything in Kansas City. We enjoyed some local BBQ and quiet time at the house. If the weather was warmer, we would have loved to hang out in the backyard. Everything was clean and well stocked with everything needed. Jess was responsive when we had questions.

Good access to back yard for getting our dog in and out. Low traffic streets for dog walking. Good covers for protecting furniture from pet hair. Owner understands and accommodates pet lovers! Comfortable for us and our furry friends. We loved it!

Jess was quick with communication and information. Home shows care in renovation and is close to everything.

The house was great. Close to great restaurant and activities. We will definitely be back. Manager was very helpful.
