Stayed Jul 7, 2025Our stay was so wonderful at this charming home. It’s everything I love about an old school beach cottage! Such cute character and wonderful gathering spaces throughout the home. Amazing decks and outdoor space and an outdoor shower - personal favorite! Close to the beach - easy walk - and close to food and shops! Such a great week. Can’t wait to come back.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024The location of the home is ideal between Buxton and Hatteras. The beach access was perfect for those that don't have a 4wd vehicle. Great outdoor seating areas for the cool evenings. The house is cozy and there is more than enough room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space. I would recommend this location to anyone that's looking for a quaint and quiet location.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Short walk to the beach, lovely front porch and balcony. Plenty of dishes and the refrigerator was very nice sized. The ice machine was such a nice perk. The cleaning staff needs a refresher I think. Floors, night stands and end tables were covered in dog hair. The rest of the house was nice and clean. Outdoor shower was nice to rinse sand off.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was home away from home. Nice neighborhood and one of the only places not on stilts. I was recovering from a bad broken leg and not having all the steps was the seller for us. The hill to the beach was a challenge for me but only because of my injury. Would highly recommend!
