Stayed Oct 30, 2025The host lives in Canada only contact was by messaging.When booking the apartment it stated washer and dryer.We booked for 13 nights on our second day we were informed that the washing machine did not work.The day before we came away a new washing machine was delivered.Also a hairdryer was not working which we informed the host which he did not respond to that Therefore we did not have the facilities that was advertised. We had to purchase a hairdryer Therefore I feel we should be compensated hope for quick response.
