Stayed Jun 3, 2025We stayed in João’s apartment for two weeks and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. This walk-up had everything we needed to feel at home during our time in Portugal. Traveling with our two young kids (8 and 10), we found the space more than comfortable for our family.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants—yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen and even enjoyed using the built-in BBQ on the patio, which was a great bonus.Overall, Costa da Caparica was the ideal home base for exploring, and João’s place made our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely return!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Apartment was clean and close to beach. Beds were comfy and clean. Amenities were up to standards. Check in was a breeze and Joao Carlos was on top of everything. We would have stayed longer, but it was the end of our trip. Enjoyed this place so much.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024We would stay there again but the kitchen could have been better setup. It reminded when I was a 20 year old bachelor— no bread knife, coffee filters, and other necessities. It was clean and conveniently located for groceries, coffee , and THE BEACH.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024The place was great. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Location next to a traffic intersection but not too noisy at night. Neighbors had two dogs that barked aggressively all throughout the night and when we were there in the evening. It was frustrating because the weather was nice enough to sit outside on patio but dogs too noisy. Certainly NOT the apartment owners fault but an irresponsible neighbor who doesn't seem to care about how much the dogs disturb the peace.
