Wonderful newly built house that really exudes exclusivity, where you have a rural location with a wonderful large balcony overlooking vast meadows and Oppsjön. The house is located just outside the small nice village Odensvi on the well-kept farm Mulestad withproximity to Gamleby and Loftahammar by the coast. The house, which is newly built and in top condition, has nice furnishings, here you get a wonderful holiday. As soon as you enter the house, you are struck by how beautiful it is with the high roof with rafters and the beautiful masonry. The kitchen is in top condition and is equipped with a dishwasher. Here you can really enjoy as you prepare your meals. You have a combined dining / living room with fantastic rattan armchairs with footstools to sit back in, where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a good book to read. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, here you can enjoy the peace and get a good night's sleep. The toilet is beautifully tiled and fresh. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating for cooler days. The large balcony has a fantastic view of the meadows and the lake, here you can enjoy the house's outdoor furniture. You also have outdoor furniture at your disposal at the front. The house is next to another house, but you have your own garden and a completely separate balcony. You have the opportunity to rent a rowing boat in Lake Trehörningen about 4.5 km away. Try your luck fishing for perch and pike or just take a soothing rowing trip. There are many beautiful lakes for swimming in the surroundings, but the nearest lake Oppsjön that you see from the house is not a swimming lake. On the farm Mulestad there are horses, sheep, chickens and cats. The owner also has a large nice paddock in the middle of the yard.
