The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The views were incredible—true Keys paradise. Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying the sunsets from the property made the experience unforgettable. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants, activities, and local attractions.The owners/property management were excellent to work with—responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about making sure our stay was perfect. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we felt right at home the entire time.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free getaway in the Florida Keys, this condo is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Keys experience.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We had a family reunion and the property was perfect! Great location-especially with a boat, immediate access to the ocean, amazing views, a pool that was actually cool temperature, and snorkeling right out front with all kinds of fish. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The waterfront houses were great, and we loved the stunning sunset views from the balconies. The only minor complaint is that the pool is fairly small and shared with several other homes in the community, but we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, and the homes were clean and well taken care of by the owners.

Very responsive and timely to answers leading up to the stay and appropriate follow up. No problems with the homes. To the contrary, as advertised if not better. Perfect location and close to everything. Dock was great. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Worth every penny! We had a group of 14 fly down from Atlanta and this place had every convenience you could imagine! From an endless supply of paper towel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, towels, beach towels to fishing poles, snorkeling equipment and everything in between! We fished from the dock and caught a snapper, a really big grouper and other odds and ends. We snorkeled in front of the houses and saw a couple of eels, parrot fish, tarpon, nurse shark, all kinds of crab, and even had a visit from a manatee. Survived a bump from Hurricane Helene, which made the trip even more exciting. Easiest of check in and check out and fantastic communication with Ashley! Will definitely be back!
