Great place, clean and up to date. Everything needed was within walking distance. Host was prompt with replies and gave good instructions. Only thing I would suggest is better drapes in the bedrooms as it got bright way too early in the morning and no way to keep the light out til at least 7am.

The property is beautiful, well equipped and walking distance to dining options, casino, Penticton Memorial Arena, parks. I do have to correct the description. It is not a 3 minute walk to the beach. It’s a 3 minute drive and about an 11 minute walk. There is also a high chair and a playpen. One thing mentioned in another’s review, the blinds in the primary bedroom does not block out light. Other than that, we absolutely loved it and would return and recommend. Instructions by owner were very clear. Thank you!!

Pleasant neighbourhood for walking to Penticton beach area. Only negative perhaps was that the King-sized bed sloped down on the side and made it necessary to sleep near the middle. May be an older mattress?

Very clean, included parking, comfy beds. Everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home

Great for no more than 4 adults. Easy to get anywhere by foot or car! Clean. Kitchen was well stocked for making your own meals. Only thing for me is the beds are a bit soft so those with back issues may find it a bit too soft. Overall we had a great weekend! Would book again! Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy check in process!

We loved our stay here. The location was within walking distance to restaurants as well as the farmers market!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed being so close to the beach and all of the downtown amenities. Our son was at a local hockey camp and we were a five minute walk from the hockey arena which was great! The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms for our family to use as we have two teenagers. The kitchen was spacious and modern. Would highly recommend!

This rental was just as described. Very clean and quiet. It had all the necessary items needed away from home. It was a good central location.Only improvement required would be black out blinds or drapes in the bedroom for sleeping.Cheers.

The property was perfect for needs. The location is just a short walk to Okanagan Lake. Supplies were sufficient and owner was great to deal with. We would book again.

Location is convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants/bar, the SOEC, and Starbucks! Home is well stocked. Beach towels, and swim noodles. Extra pillows, sheets and bath towels. There were condiments in fridge (much appreciated). Bring your own bar soap for shower. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a great place! The location was perfect; wineries within a minutes drive, walking distance to downtown, and lakeshore drive. Great location for hiking and riding bikes. We’ll be back!

Very nice property. Comfortably accommodated two adults with the two bedrooms. Short walk to pubs and breweries. Covered parking was nice also.

The VRBO is close to the beach, food and event centres - we walked to just about everywhere we wanted to go
