2 Mi to Granby Ranch: Granby Home w/ Hot Tub!

Spacious and welcoming home with beautiful mountain views! Highlights were grilling on the large deck and watching the stars from the hot tub at night.

In general our stay was good. The place was clean, easy access and checkout, good location. It is not in as good condition as the pictures lead on. The grass on the property is over grown and the garage appeared to have mud in it from the winter. Inside there were several things that either didn’t work properly or were broken. The pullout couch, recliner, and even the toaster did not work properly.

We rented the home for a week. Overall it served its purpose having enough rooms and personal space for everyone, but was not exactly as listed. Pros: The kitchen was nice and well equipped, we even had extra laundry detergent, stocked dish detergent, paper towels, salt pepper, etc. Cons: Upon arrival the master bathroom’s curtain was collapsed in the bathtub, the blanket in the master bed was covered in dog hair as was the carpet and the dresser had a decent amount of dust. (Tried to get a picture but it was hard to get a good angle)The curtain rod was held together witch scotch tape, and fell when we tried to open the curtain. The beds were not as advertised. None of them had head or footboards or bedding like shown in the pictures, the downstairs couches and pillows smelled like dog. The comforters were not clean on arrival. There was a chess table, but half the pieces were missing so you couldn’t play. The pool table doesn’t leave much room to play.The grass was very overgrown and not well kept. The chairs on the back desk were cheap plastic ones, one of which was broken on arrival. It could be a really nice property, but definitely needs some work.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The best part was the owner, he communicated well and check in was the easiest we’ve had. The location is beautiful and the house is plenty big for 6-8 people. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and all of the furniture was in good condition. We didn’t sit in the hot tub but it looked really nice!

Our old roomate got married that weekend in Gramby. The location was great and close to everything we needed, the house was very roomy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Thank You!

Time flew by at our outing for our good friends birthday. Between the hot tub, pool tables fire pit and corn hole game we brought we had an amazing time at this beautiful property.

Small group of us went up to get out of denver for one of our birthdays. We had a great time. Between the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and games we had a fantastic time. We all loved the layout of the property and everything was very clean. Would def stay again.

This is a wonderful, comfortable home that suited our needs for a family of 4. The house provided a clean hot tub, comfortable beds, extra blankets, tons of spices and cookware and everything else we needed for a successful stay. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that the neighbor trained their very friendly dog to poop on this property instead of his own, so that is our only negative feedback.

We really enjoyed this property! The property was spacious, and well equipped to be able to make breakfast and dinners. It’s a huge bonus to be able to bring the dogs, they very much enjoyed the snowy weekend and yard space. I would recommend this property and would stay again. The point of contact was extremely responsive!

We had a wonderful time at the property and really enjoyed our stay. The house has wonderful views and is well equipped for cooking. There was plenty of snow and a great hillside to sled on so we and our grandchildren had plenty of fun! We’d definitely consider returning.
