2 Mi to Dtwn: Prescott Gem w/ Patio & Views!

The owners of this property are very considerate and communicate almost immediately when we had questions! Pictures don’t do not do it justice. House is clean, modern yet cabin like and absolutely perfect. Bedrooms are large and we had enough room to put a pack in play in either room for our grandson. We will be returning!

This rental was awesome!Quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and restaurants, close to several lakes and nice places to walk/ hike. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. Hosts are easily accessible and very kind and considerate. We will definitely stay here again!!

We were excited to stay and escape the heat for the weekend. The place stated patio with views. Everything was great inside but the patio and walkway to the area were a mess. You could not sit outside in this area without an overhaul. We like to eat outside and grill. We could not do either here. Inside was roomy and very clean and had everything we needed. Great parking!

Modern, perfectly cared for . couldn't have been better. Easy access. Great kitchen layout and all accessories. Furniture is comfortable cabin feel with view of forest and Thumb Butte. Quiet neighborhood!

Inside of the property was great. The outside porch area would have been great if it would have been cleaned and spruced up. Views from the back porch were beautiful.

This was a small quiet relaxing pla e stay stay. Very clean. Close to everything! Check in was quick and easy. Owners responded promptly with questions. Will for sure come back to this property.

This home was close to the downtown Gurley shopping area and had comfortable furniture and games for downtime activities. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals and the home was very clean. I would stay again!

We booked a 4-night stay and could not have been happier! Close to town AND a recreation area, which was perfect since we have a dog. The house was immaculate and nicely decorated, the beds and bedding were cozy, and it was so quiet! I really appreciated the little touches like cooking oil and spices. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in late February. The location was perfect for us...easy access to hiking, town and restaurants, but still quiet and secluded. We loved having an outdoor space for coffee in the morning with a beautiful view. The amenities were perfect; full kitchen, double vanity in the bath and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Saw deer and heard the coyotes in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent the week riding the Arizona mountains on adventure motorcycles. It was great to come back to the home each day, because the neighborhood is so quiet. The people walking their dogs were even friendly. Great small home. Thanks for the coffee!!! A great place to relax.

The impeccably clean and inviting house perfectly matched the photos provided. Its convenient proximity to town and a short drive to the lakes made our stay all the more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect stay, only recommendations would be kitchen sponges, cloths, etc... to wipe countertoos.
