Host reached out before check-in, was responsive and accommodated our early check-in.

The home is immaculate, great amentities, good location, plenty of space and qonderfully decorated. The biggest issue is parking, there is only space for one car and its not a promised space. If you park and Uber everywhere like we did its not an issue but if you drive it could get tricky.

This house was amazing and beyond my expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very upscale with the latest appliances. The lighting was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and upscale! I was able to contact the host with no delay. The location was close to everything we needed. I highly recommend it. I would choose to stay here again and again.

Wow, home was super spacious! Better than expected. Neighborhood was safe, store right across the street and not far from bourbon street. The host was super accommodating and answered on the first call at check in! 3bd and 3 full bath! Definitely recommend! Washer machine, clean towels,sheets and good living room mirror for us picture takers

Amazing place to stay in New Orleans. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The only issue was the parking, challenging but not impossible. The three rooms were clean and spacious with bathrooms the same. The moment we walked in, you can smell the cleanliness of the place. Minutes from New Orleans nightlife but far enough to get a relaxing sleep.

The property was lovely it was the same as the listing. The hosts were friendly & informative I would stay at their property again !

Conveniently located between city park/fair grounds and the French Quarter, this place was perfect for our group of 3 attending jazz fest.

The property is perfectly clean, looks brand new! Location is just 1 mile from the jazz fest, and a couple of blocks from a Whole Foods.

The house was nice. Needs more furniture, not enough seating for 6 adults. Long term rental neighbors upstairs was very load, we thought they was coming thru the ceiling. Other than that was a good stay.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Plenty of space for teenagers too. Communication was excellent, and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I contemplated before booking this property because previous reviews stated the neighborhood was a bit sketchy but know one mentioned any issues. So I decided to move forward mainly because it was cheaper than other places and the pics looked very nice. From the front pic the property appears to have a balcony porch. I didn't realize that it is a duplex and if your on the lower level there is no balcony. Parking can also be a problem at times because the street gets full since a local bar is located right near the corner of this street. The very first night of our stay, there were issues on the next block. There were about 6 police cars with sirens and lights on and they shut down the street due to some issue that we didn't even want to find out about. The next day there seemed to be some type of parade going on up the block and the moment went walked off the porch to leave for the day, some young teens decided to walk right on our porch and take pics and selfies as if they lived there.( we hadn't even pulled of in our car yet Smh....). The icing on the cake was on our very last night. Some random person decided to ring our doorbell at 4:24am and asked if we could come out and talk. I'm pretty sure that she was high or something and came to the wrong house.So yeah that's the reason why I say that you may want to think TWICE before booking this property!!

House was just as pictured, no issues, in great location

It was very clean but the mop they used to mop the floor should probably be replace it gave a sour smell…..there wasn’t enough towels for both nights…..the neighbors kids were extremely too loud but the house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved this home! It was clean, smelled good, comfortable, and the ideal location. We will definitely book again!

Great location. House was comfortable. Easy access to downtown.

Parking was bad, very muddy, we where only supplied with half a role of toilet paper, no toiletries where supplied. Two restrooms did not have hand soap, we were provided one towel per guest. No towels to exit the shower. No mop to clean the showers, very slippery. Missing controls to television, there were no coffee pods for coffee. Two pillows per bed no extras. Very plain accommodation for the price. We will not be staying here again. There was bugs in the showers too.

Overall great property. Shortage of toilet paper and paper towels had to go buy more - no laundry or dishwasher soap. Nice stay three bedrooms were good
