My three adult daughters and I ventured to our first time Coachella weekend in April 2025 and had a blast. The location was convenient but we still needed to rent a car for to/from. Sidney, Erin, and Kelly were all immensely helpful with logistics for grocery delivery, best place to park at the event (best kept secret), restaurants, etc. The pad was in great condition and exactly what we needed. We used the outdoor patio in the mornings for sunning and chatting. We brought blow up sunning beds that we filled up with water to keep cool. worked perfectly. My only suggestion is they add more mirrors to the desks in each room and long mirrors for makeup/getting ready stations. I doubt the boys next door needed that but we girls went all-in on the Coachella vibe:)! Thanks ladies for great memories! Laura (aka Mom)

I can see why people would stay here for the nearby festivals in Indio. Two couples would be very comfortable here. It was just me and my wife. We wanted to explore Painted Canyon and Anza Borrego State Park. This was a perfect crash pad for these adventures. The bed was super comfy. The shower had great water pressure. We were trying to remember another kitchen as well-stocked as this one. Wow, it had everything. After our hiking, we relaxed outdoors on the patio and enjoyed the weather. There is a covered carport. We are already talking about staying here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves and it was so close to the venue so it was nice. The place was clean and spacious for us girls. We would totally stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for my son’s lacrosse tournament! We were out and about most of the time, but the crash pad was a great place to come home to in the evening. The beds, sheets and pillows were comfortable (and I am very picky). The kitchen was nice to have for a quick breakfast. We felt safe and cozy each evening.

We stayed here during the BNP tennis tournament and found the location to be very convenient. The place was clean, well appointed and very comfortable beds. Appliances were great. Some things need attention such as unpatched holes in the wall and ceiling. If was fine overall.

Was a short trip over the weekend to visit the horse show and the crash pad worked perfect. Well appointed with kitchen amenities so we were able to cook all our meals. Weather was on the cool side so the wood burning fireplace was a very nice way to finish the evening. Host even provided enough wood for the first night.

What a great experience! My wife and I, along with our two bulldogs, felt at home right away and enjoyed all of the comforts of home while still being able to feel on vacation. The owners are outstanding people and were wonderful in answering all of our questions. Full 5 Star rating at the Crash Pad!
