• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Kindly place all trash in bags and set them in the outside trash can by the garage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

    Very nice property, just a few things, blinds are needed at the front door and in the showers. The electricity in the third unit needs to be looked at(it was out in one of the bedrooms, it was addressed). Bigger trash bins are needed, some of the furniture needs updated, the hot tub furniture needs replaced. TV's need to be added to downstairs bedrooms. All in all, I would stay again
