We spent 90% of our time in the backyard. It was very relaxing and perfect!

Good location. Comfortable beds with good linens and pillows. Quite location one thing for the host is to have more than one garbage bag. The response I got was we only provide one which I have stayed at 100 vrbo properties and owned several that is the worst thing you can tell someone who is paying premium price for your rental. You also need to protect the outdoor furniture from bird poop. Other than that it was a great place to stay. ByoGb

We had a most wonderful family getaway at this house! The property was great; beautiful and spacious and clean. Really a super nice house. Great location near shopping and groceries and most important, good coffee! We really enjoyed the pool/spa/backyard and loved the roomy kitchen for family meals. The hosts were terrific and the check in/check out process could not have been easier. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again (and hope to soon!). We had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for our needs except the stairs. They were steep and narrow. Our group is over 70 so we were not quite prepared. No handle bars in the showers so a little treacherous for us old folks. We made a list of some things to address in the house, new water filter at refrigerator, light over stove had burned out and slow drainage in upstairs master bathroom. The backyard was wonderful and we loved the pool. We all agreed that we would rent the house again, just the stair issue. Thank you.

Great house for our group of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed to do meal prep. Bathrooms clean and stocked with several towel options. Pool area provided plenty of room to enjoy the sun.

Our group really enjoyed the stay! The property was as described. The backyard and hot tub were lovely to spend time in! Would recommend!

I really appreciated how the host so readily responded to my questions. The house was just what we expected. We were 3 generations celebrating my daughter’s milestone birthday with my 3 granddaughters. We spent time just relaxing around the pool, shopping and even fit in a spa day. I have to say that the kitchen was well stocked even with a few staple supplies like flour and sugar. The house was close to Scottsdale old town about 10 min away thanks again for being such wonderful host.

Perfect place and location!

This was a great place to stay and had all the things we wanted! The pool and hot tub were great for the kids to play in. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted, the outdoor fire pit was great for keeping us warm on the cold desert nights. We had such a great stay!

The house was perfect for our visit. The 2 master bedrooms were wonderful. The hot tub was a perfect way to end every day. Appliances were great, living areas were wonderful, the fireplace was a great way to take the chill off early mornings and late nights. The fire pit outside was terrific and the backyard was amazing overall with cornhole, the swing and all. The property was a perfect place for the 5 of us. Hope to come back again for another family getaway with additional family members

We had a great stay in Scottsdale. The house was really well equipped for guests and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could need too. We loved the back yard and spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Th hot tub heated up quickly and since we were there in December we opted for pool heat which was perfect because we were able to swim too. We were an adult family of 6 and had a really enjoyable time we spent one whole afternoon just enjoying the pool and yard. Mycal was very responsive and I would recommend this house to family and friends. Thank you for helping us create great family memories.

We had such a great time as a family staying here for my daughter's graduation from GCU. The outdoor space both day and night is where we spent all of our time. It was lovely!

Very comfortable stay. Location is close to everything, quiet neighbor. Pool was beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with.

There were 3 small families and the house was perfect! The outdoor area had stuff for all of us & the pool was a perfect size! Host was great to work with & the house was super clean! Location is great for everything! We were able to easily get to anything we wanted. We will definitely be back!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The rooms were all cozy, plenty of towels and I appreciated the additional toiletries provided. The backyard was incredible with plenty of sitting space, games, and an amazing pool stocked with chairs and umbrellas.

Spacious with great amenities. Great location with a lot close by but still quiet and relaxing.

Came with my family over spring break for a few relaxing days in the sun. We had our 3 kids (12, 16 and 26) and our oldest’s girlfriend with us. House was the perfect size for us. Nice master suite on the lowest level for our oldest and a nice master up stairs for my husband and I. Bathrooms were all super nice and the water pressure was fantastic! House was a good size for the 6 of us. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Everything felt fresh and new. Spent most of our time in the awesome backyard. Pool was a good size and the hot tub was awesome. Loved the TV outside so we could watch hockey while we swam and played. Fire pit was super nice at night. Neighborhood was quiet l, felt very safe and was a nice area. Only 20 minutes or so from the airport and less than 10 minutes from old town Scottsdale where there is fun shopping and great restaurants. Talking stick resort is super close and I believe a few teams play at the Salt River Fields there for spring training. It’s like a mile away so you could definitely walk. Grocery store is an easy 4 minute drive away (can easily walk here too). Owner was unbelievably nice and helpful. We had a small issue heating the pool (totally our own doing) but Mychal connected with us right away to help us figure it all out We had an awesome awesome stay here and will 100% return.

The house was perfect for our family. There are two master bedrooms and twp additional bedrooms. The pool was heated and theres an optional fence to keep small kids away from the pool when you're not outside. The host was able to let us in early amd quick to respond.
