Stayed Mar 3, 2025House cleaner arrived at check in and finished cleaning in 20 mins while we waited to access the house. Bed sheets on every bed, bathrooms, freezer and fridge were filthy. Had to go and spend my personal money to purchase cleaning supplies. I informed the owner of this, and he did provide me with the code to access the cleaning supplies and sheets. When I opened the closet, there were no sanitation supplies. I am baffled and disappointed that I was charged a cleaning fee but I was the cleaner and purchased the laundry soap to clean the dirty sheets. The cleaning fee should have been deducted.
