Perfect property in perfect location!

The most beautiful home! A real tucked away paradise. The walk to the beach was short but we hardly wanted to leave the heated pool. The outdoor area makes this home one we will want to come back to again and again! They had everything you need and some great coffee and restaurants a short drive away. Grace was lovely to work with 11/10!

We had a wonderful vacation at this location with our kids and grandkids- 11 of us. The two homes allowed everyone to spread out and still be together. The outside amenities were great! Our two little grandchildren loved the playground and all enjoyed the beautiful pool, fire pits, barbeque and outdoor gathering spaces. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good location. Definitely recommend.

Not sure if it’s typical for vacation rentals on the Cape to not have any of the beds to not have sheets on them upon arrival(?)

The 2 attached units were perfect for our family of 10 (4 children ages 5 and under and 6 adults). We had some separation if needed but had space to eat meals together and hang out together at night. We like to cook and the kitchens had everything we needed. The large heated pool was a BIG hit (and it was truly heated!). The grounds are amazing with room to play baseball and corn hole, and whatever else was in the shed. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk, mini golf and restaurants just a few minutes away. Grace was easy to work with throughout the process. We all had a great time!

As one grandchild said “This is like a resort but only our family is here!”. The pool was amazing and it was the perfect place to hang after the beach. We used the gas fire pit every night, outdoor showers daily and sat at the picnic table to read, eat , play card games or just chat. Plenty of places to sit and have morning tea. Indoors was close quarters for all 11 of us but it worked. So close to lovely Cooks Beach. We drove with chairs and umbrellas and then either walked or rode bikes. Grace responded to our questions very promptly! Just a warning though. When you arrive, you will find the beds done nicely with bedspreads and decorative pillows. There are no sheets on them!!!! That was not fun for Moms to be making up beds, especially upper bunks, when it was time for the kids to go to bed. Great family vacation!

Couldn’t ask for more. Heated pool, convenient location, plenty of space with all the amenities. Definitely will be back.

The property was perfect for a summer get together with friends. The outdoor space was very clean and kept up well, and had lots of amenities including a large pool, grilling area, covered seating, and outdoor tv. There were lots of outdoor games and toys as well for groups staying with children. The inside of the house was very clean and functional, including two kitchens and many beds. I would highly recommend booking this property.

The property was beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted. So much to see and do in the area and the whale watching was beyond our expectations. We were very lucky to have the rare experience of being surrounded by whales. Probably 40 whales all around and many that came right up to the boat. A beach that was easy walking distance from the house too. Highly recommend staying here. The pool and outside amenities were perfect and amazing

Beautiful house in the cape for a “Last toast on the coast” bachelorette! Everyone enjoyed themselves so much, the pool was a hit!

Highly recommend this listing. It’s clean, spacious, has everything you need, and a great pool. Easy walk to the beach for sunset.

My husband and I hosted our 2 adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. We walked to the beach on multiple days and hung out at the house/pool for much of the time. The outdoor space of the property was the biggest draw for us and it looked as good in person as it did in the photos. The two house set up was ideal for our families.

The pool was amazing. The accommodations were perfect for us The location was excellent . A WiFi network extender would be a positive add I highly recommend this location
