Welcome to our brand new 6-bedroom vacation rental, a fresh and clean space perfect for your entire family. This duplex is designed as two separate attached homes, offering privacy and convenience. Enjoy the luxury of a beautiful private pool and two private backyards to relax and unwind. The pool can be heated by request. The house is equipped with cable and smart TVs, ensuring endless entertainment options for everyone. Additionally, you'll find a foosball table, adding a fun element to your stay. Experience a memorable vacation in this spacious and well-equipped rental, designed to cater to all your needs. 2 of the 6 bedrooms are accessed by walking through the 2nd master suite or through the exterior sliding door.

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Nice place, located near beaches and shopping. Close to Everglades.. House has pool but water was cold. Otherwise worth renting.

This home brought us so much peace and quiet in its little tucked in neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is be very very careful on the patio around the pool. It gets very slippery and we did have a couple of falls happen. (maybe the owners could paint it with some sand to make it not so dangerous). The owners was always in contact with any concerns we had. I would definitely stay here again.
