Stayed Jul 5, 2025It was clean but it had mold on the bathroom wall and some on kitchen wall. The AC filter and panel was very dirty needs cleaning. The space where AC is had lots of mold needs cleaning. Front door needs cleaning or power wash. Moldy smell was very evident. If those things are taken care of it is a really cute little place very close to Fulton busy area where everyone likes to be. Meds more kitchen pots and stuff. Newer towels. Other than that it was very quiet place felt safe.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The house itself had many things that needed work done. The pictures are nice but dont really display the accuracy of what you're purchasing. We only booked the place to sleep in so it met our basic needs. It could use some tlc.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Property worked for what I needed it for. Great location, friendly neighborhood, and appreciated it was pet friendly. A few things inside need to be addressed like the absence of silverware, a trash can in the kitchen, and a dust pan. Parking was difficult to find but overall not too bad.

Stayed Feb 29, 2024We loved staying at this property. It was perfect for our family! We have two littles under 3 so the sleeping arrangements were perfect. I loved having the two twin beds and the queen bed altogether. The location was perfect too. We could walk to shops and restaurants and even see the water. The bathroom was in need of some work and the kitchen was pretty sparsely furnished. However it did have everything we needed.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024Just kinda old and outdated… picture does not represent reality… do have suggestions: get that oversized monster of a kitchen table out… lol, takes up almost entire apartment…… also, the couch, Jesus, get a normal couch without that damn foot stool attached… and shower, try it out, duh!! You’ll see…. And last… beds very comfortable…….get different light scenario going…. All in all not terrible… but certainly not worth the price…..

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location was perfect and dog friendly. Loved the area and location. We had another large family staying in the area and this was a breeze to get too and lay our head at night. Had everything you could need for a quick stay or to make full meals.
