Stayed Sep 23, 2022My son plays football at BHSU in Spearfish and we rented this property to be able to attend two of his games. The property location was perfect being one game was in Spearfish and the other in Rapid City. It’s very central for doing all the things in this area. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. We really enjoyed being able at have my son and his friends over for dinner a couple of nights. There grill and fire pit was perfect for what we wanted to do with them. Our host was very warm and inviting. I highly recommend this property. My son even commented on his cozy it was.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022House is clean and cozy. While the home does not ha e central heat and air the two window units do keep the main part of the house cold, but difficult to get the cool air to the bedrooms without leaving the bedroom doors open. Other than that everything else was fabulous. Would definitely stay again!!!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Very thought out remodel and upgrade of house. All the modren touches and cozy feel. Great patio and front porch. Really enjoyed the stay. Fantastic host. Easy proccess. Made things so easy. We will be recommending this to everyone. Would have loved to stay longer
