Centrally-located 2-story 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom private unit in a highly desirable neighborhood by Long Beach airport. There is a KING bed in one of the rooms.

Easy access to the 405 and 605 freeways. Minutes to Downtown Long Beach, the beaches, Long Beach Convention Center and central to other attractions Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer.

Conveniently located near multiple markets, restaurants & various shopping centers.

The space
You enter upon a shared foyer before going into your own private unit through the right. The foyer is only used to enter each of the two units on site. You only have access to your unit.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. Cozy living room with dining table for 4 and a kitchenette with dishwasher. There is no traditional stove but you are provided with most of the basic appliances you will need for your stay including an electric hot plate.

Bedroom #2: (2) Full Beds and a tri-fold floor mattress (75L x 38W x 4”H)

Street parking only on a safe residential street. You can usually find parking right out front.

Note: Gardener comes every other Friday, they work in the front and back/side yards with lawn mower and leaf blowers.

    The host with the most! Sothea is a very kind, and accommodating person. Our son had an unexpected trip to the ER, and we were allowed a late checkout time. Just wonderful to not have to worry about rushing in the morning. The layout is terrific, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I hope we will get to stay again, when visiting next time. My family is going to recommend the place to their friends too.

    We had a great time in this space. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we were very comfortable. Some highlights were the comfy beds, sound machines, great AC, and perfect living room to hang out in. We enjoyed playing the games provided too. The location was central to all of our activities. We will definitely stay here again!

    My mother and I visited Long Beach to visit family. The host was gracious enough to let us check in early after a long drive starting in Oklahoma. The space was clean and comfortable. I am always nervous about availability of street parking but this was a breeze! We never had a time we couldn’t park directly in front of the property. We also wondered if we would miss a stove/oven but we did not AT ALL. The hot plate, air fryer, etc. more than met our needs.

    Our family really enjoyed staying here. Conveniently located in a lovely Long Beach neighborhood, it was the perfect spot for us to stay while visiting family and doing activities. It was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Our girls enjoyed having their own space and own beds. The kitchenette was well stocked with high quality items for cooking. Parking was easy and readily available. Communication was prompt and through. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks!
