2 Bedroom Suite

Easy access.

430 for a 2 night staycation. Host lives onsite. Screened in pool area was cluttered and dirty apon arrival. Spider webs and bug carcasses everywhere, hot tub out of service, Grill was rusty and dirty, a dirty ashtray with cigarette butt was left for us on the patio table, algae covered the screens and chairs were stained. I was disappointed but cleaned everything I could to enjoy our stay.Inside was cute and looked clean but the multiple Glade plugins made it hard to breathe. There is no kitchen so washing dishes or cutlery before or during food prep was not possible. There was a Tupperware filled with Koi food on the fridge, which turned out to be ground zero for German roaches who made themselves known when we grilled food the second night. Too bad we used the paper plates and cutlery provided before we found the infestation, yuk. Internet and AC worked great and beds were comfortable. Property has potential but the cleaning fees should be used to clean the premises. Very disappointing to say the least.

The place was perfect for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean. The pool was beautiful but we didn’t get to use it. We would stay here again.

Rob was absolutely fantastic as a host. The place was immaculate and exactly as advertised. In fact, I would say that it was better than I expected!

Place was clean, and you can tell the owner did everything he could think of to accommodate a lack of a “kitchen”. This is a 2 bedroom, full bath, with a living room / kitchen with a pull out sofa. It reminds me of either a pool house or an in-law suite, but it easily accommodated my family of 5. Pool was a bit cold but that’s just the time of the year we were there. Check in/out process was a breeze with a keypad entry, which we received the code before check in. The back yard behind the pool is a beautiful oasis. Host was very prompt to reply, and even gave us a few local tips that helped us with our itinerary. About a 20-25 minute drive from Daytona public beach, with grocery stores nearby the property. Good location, great host/place, and very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place for staycation

Place was very clean the host was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

The setup is a bit weird as the suite is on the back of the host occupied home. Also there is no kitchen which is weird. but lots of privacy. Squeaky bed and sulfur well water. The host was present in the pool area a few times during our stay cleaning and what not which we didn’t expect.

We loved it. We had so much fun in the pool, and there was room for everyone. The kitchen isn’t quite a kitchen without a kitchen sink. There are plenty of kitchen appliances, though. Grilling out was fun too.A bonus was getting to feed the fish and turtles in the pond.

I was here for about five days and the pool was very big and beautiful. I loved the screen protection around the whole back entrance, cause it prevented bugs from coming in. The beds were very big, which was amazing. The living room had everything stocked up from napkins to pots and pans to forks and knives, so it was nice knowing that I didn’t need anything because everything was all included and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels, as well as a very pretty shower. I loved the neighborhood, very quiet and close to all the essentials such as gas stations, restaurants, and markets.

We came in for a festival for 4 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Rob was very communicative and accommodating. Waking up to swim every morning was a treat. Feeding his 9 full size koi everyday was so peaceful and relaxing!! The pool overlooking the pond is a great view. We spent a lot of time sitting at one of the outside tables enjoying the peace and beauty!! The neighborhood is higher end and quiet. No drama or chaos. It’s only about a 13 uber ride to the speedway!! The place itself is very cozy. We loved the character of the place. Beds were comfortable and well dressed. Plenty of towels!! Kurieg is always a plus!! We will definitely stay here again!! If you have any questions, just call Rob. He’s more than willing to help!!

Lovely stay very cozy a great space for you and your family host was very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

Stayed for 2 nights with some friends. The rooms and space is attached to the main house where the owner lives, but they are quiet and respects privacy.The unit is clean with 2 king size beds and a pull out couch mattress. The only downsides were the rooms are a bit dated and the pool isn't heated.
