This is a beautiful place. It is very clean and very well maintained. The place is a great place for family.

This was a well-kept up home. Everything was in working order and the hosts were welcoming.

Great location. Very comfortable duplex. Inside was well done, outside needed some maintenance;however we did not use the outside area.

Fresh cookies and cold water checking in. Wonderful area. Very attentive hosts. Comfortable beds and linens. Very close to downtown. You can’t go wrong here! Highly recommend dinner at The Alley on Main, ice cream at Hattie Jane’s Creamery. Do not recommend Maple Biscuit Company.

Visiting our son at MTSU. House is in an excellent location between campus and the quaint town square with shops and restaurants. This is our second time staying here and the house is beautifully maintained.

My first impression of the home was the musty odor that assaulted me when I walked in. Secondly were the noticeable cobwebs hanging in the corners of the dining area and kitchen. We also had to re-wash the dishes before using some of them. The small step in front of the bathtub/shower was visibly dirty with hair and dust. The communication with the host was almost non-existent. Unfortunately, while visiting a tourist site near us my friend fell, and we ended up in the emergency room at a local hospital. She ended up with a fracture of the fibula and was told not to apply weight to this leg for several weeks. This is only relevant because this particular place had stairs to access the restroom and bedrooms. My friend could not physically manage these steps. I had sent the host a message relaying this information and informing her we would have to vacate a little earlier. No comment from her. We were asked to do the first load of laundry before we left, I discovered wet linens in the washing machine and clean clothes in the dryer. So, I had to complete the washing process of the previous tenant, which by the way left clothing behind for me to discover. I did notify host of this as well. I am just a bit frustrated because I have always had better communication with my previously VRBO experiences. VRBO is a great change from the normal hotel experience if you find the right place. This was not the right place.

Very clean property! Excellent location for driving to all major areas and attractions in Murfreesboro. Easy walk to the downtown square for dining and going to the Farmer's Market. Excellent Hosts! We will definitely stay here again or another Host's property in the area!
