Located just a few minutes north of Playa Marbella in Guanacaste Costa Rica, Casa La Tierra y El Mar enjoys two acres of oceanfront privacy on a point bluff with panoramic ocean views, epic sunsets, secluded beaches, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, and more. No construction or noise pollution. The sounds you'll hear are the wind, the waves and nature - or the sounds of your own as the house is creatively focusedw and outfitted with several instruments.The primary space is founded on a 40 foot air-conditioned container, with expansive oceanfront and landscape views.

With five sliding glass doors, robust 9'6 ceilings and a large teak terrace running the full length if the unit, the home feels very open and has a great flow. The second bedroom doubles as a music room housing two guitars, a ukulele and electric keyboard and more as well as a collection of other useful or fun amenities such as a yoga mat, hammocks and games.

The second container is open air, outfitted with electrical outlets and serves as a multi-use studio or activity space.

There is a bodega that houses a high quality washing machine. There are conveniently located lines to dry laundry.

With nearly 2 acres, there is plenty of room for parking and additional camping.

Beach access - Its a moderately careful walk down the hill out front to your own secluded beach directly in front of the property. Walk to the north during lower tide for a great place to swim or snorkel and entry to surf the point.

There are multiple food options, heading north or south 20 minutes or less away.

The house also has everything you need for cooking at home.

Tamarindo is an hour north.
Nosara one hour south.
Playa Marbella 10min.

There are nearby mini supers 10 min away in Marbella, Playa Lagarto and Angie's in Venado.

Liberia airport is about 90 minutes.
