Our property is a small two-bedroom, downstairs apartment that includes a living room, kitchen, and full bath. The house isn't fancy, but it has what you'll need to live comfortably for a month or more when traveling for work or pleasure. In the fenced backyard, you'll have use of a gas grill and table for six. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood five blocks from downtown and a ten-minute walk to the beach.

Stayed Jan 6, 2025This house is older and showing some signs of age. The house is warm (we were there in January) and everything worked. It was spotlessly clean. It fit our needs perfectly as a second home while we worked in St. Joseph. Value for cost is excellent. Would absolutely stay there again if opportunity arises.

Stayed Aug 13, 2024You wont find a better deal! This house is not fancy, but super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing and we rode our bikes to the beach and town while we stayed and worked for 2 months. And had plenty of barbecues in the very ample back garden. Terri is great to work with and super flexible. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jan 6, 2024I stayed for about 4 months and loved it here! The neighborhood is beautiful, and the home is just a brief walk to the beach. I had my small dog with me, who loved the fenced in yard and squirrels that inhabit the area. It was the perfect place for me to stay as a solo traveler! Thank you Terrie!

Stayed Oct 1, 2023Stayed there for work. It was in a nice area and close to plenty of things (food, stores, beach, downtown). The upstairs tenant is very nice, helpful, and considerate.
