2 bedroom house with hot tub located in Seward

Beautiful quiet place with lots of room. Well stocked kitchen. Modetn appliances. Relaxing Hot Tub. Close to everything in Seward but away from crowds

Great location and set up for what we needed.

Beautiful home. Lack of communication with homeowner was the biggest issue. House number at street is on wood attached to tree & very difficult to find/see; no check-in notes about the workings of the house - awesome 80” TV in the living room, but it doesn’t work and no extra blankets, kitchen towels, or dish rags. We tried to communicate these things to the owner, but they still haven’t responded. Like I said, beautiful, very clean home, just some things to know.

The property was beautiful. Here is where it went bad:1.) Stunning shower........you get 4 minutes before you run out of warm water. Had to keep turning off the shower and then back on to rinse.2.) Nonfunctioning ice maker on the fridge. On vacation with no ice for a mix drink. Reach out to property mgr, said he would stop in to fix, never heard from him again. Not fixed3.) Top rack of the dishwasher was totally missing so had to start half loads.4.) Absolutely no communication from property mgr both 6 months before and when on site. 5.) No blankets to wrap up in for both outside and inside.Will not recommend

New, and clean and super comfy house! Plenty of space in a quiet area. Great stay!

Great stay close to Seward!This house is just a short drive to Seward, which made it a perfect home base for exploring the area. It had a lot of great features, but our favorites were the hot tub (amazing after a long hike!) and the beautiful bathroom.We’d read in other reviews that communication could be an issue, but we received our check-in instructions early on the day of arrival and had no problems at all.The only minor downsides were a limited selection of kitchen utensils and occasional spotty Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Seward!

The VRBO Woman had such broken English which was a problem for Host and us. This house is a good value, it looks and smells new!

Host was great.

Perfectly located outside of town, close enough to go for tours and food or hiking trails. Cabin was beautiful. No check in or checkout instructions and lack of communication with host during stay. Outlets in kitchen didn't work, but the kitchen island had working outlets. Hot tub is deep & relaxing, you can even get a glimpse of mountain view from the porch. Found some trash around the house upon arrival from previous guest but nothing that would make the house feel dirty. Couldn't get the TV's to work but by time the host responded with information about the TV's we were already out on town so never tried again. Important to note the TV's in the bedrooms are DVD only & the TV in the livingroom is supposed to be set up for streaming but we weren't able to connect it to Internet. Overall we had a good stay in Seward. Lots of beautiful hikes and highly recommend the Resurrection Bay tour from Kenai Fjords Tours.

House was very nice and clean. Ran out of TP and took the host 2 days to reply, we had to replenish the items ourselves.

Stay was okayish. It was difficult to contact host for questions. TV wasn’t working.

Aside from a couple hiccups the place is great. The owner was close by but gave us our space. Luckily he was close enough to take care of a small hiccup and the rest of the stay was relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the location is great - secluded but not too far from downtown and other activities. The layout was fine for a family of 4 adults but we didn’t realize it’s 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower. We had one day that was entirely rainy so it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie in the evening - DVDs provided but we couldn’t get the television downstairs to connect. The icemaker didn’t work and we couldn’t find any ice trays. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. I rated cleanliness a 4 because the kitchen towels were dirty and there was a bathmat draped over the railing outside. Again, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again since the things I mentioned are easy fixes.

Clean and close to town. Hot tub was a bonus!

We loved this VRBO- the house was nicely appointed and modern. The only issue was check in- as others have noted. Once we got there the host was very responsive. One note- no cable, so we couldn’t watch soccer.

Super cute! Lovely Alaskan themed home, beautiful woodworking throughout! Large hot tub, located close to town but felt secluded when there.

Our family of four had an excellent stay. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great way to warm up and relax after a long hike. We appreciated the washer/dryer too! Something to note, one bathroom has a shower and the other only has a tub. I over looked this on the listing. It still worked for our family, but good to know.

Just as advertised. Great location just outside of town but secluded. Super clean. Huge TV in living room and bedrooms as well but couldn't figure out how to use them. Overall a great get away in a beautiful corner of the world.
