2 bedroom house overlooking Snake River

Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while. There were cobwebs in a few places, the ceiling fans were very dirty and there was expired food in the cupboards. Hot Tub was clean but not hot, they were quick to respond and have it heated. Property description on Expedia does not indicate it is shared with the property next door if rented. We were shocked and waiting for resolution from property owner. Second bathroom in down and under stairs. We didn't find it until the last day. This is not a full house, it is an apartment above a garage. Property description should prepare you for that. Towels were cheap and random and mattresses were also cheap but tolerable. They could put a little more money into linens, mattresses and cleaning and I would rate this 4 stars. WiFi was spotty and could really only handle 1 device at a time. This might be an issue with service in this area but should be noted since we had to use our own hot spots one night to watch a movie. Owners were great to respond the first couple days but have not responded since VRBO and Expedia have tried to contact them about the hot tub description. I still recommend this property just know these few details

We came down for a funeral and it was so nice to be able to stay in a quiet space where you can sit back on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and so was being able to walk 20 feet to fish and/or paddle board. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice

This property was very difficult to find. The address that was given is not where the directions take you. My wife finished 6 months of chemo and we decided to get away and celebrate that. The stair well leading to the living quarters does not have any railing. It was very difficult for my wife to navigate that because she is so weak. Plus it’s against code. That should be fixed.

This property was clean and the views were fantastic. Check-in was a bit clunky as I had to ask for the entry instructions when we arrived. Kitchen had what we needed. Luckily the property next door was not occupied fully the entire time it would have made our stay a little uncomfortable. This property and our stay seemed a little like a second thought no extra TP, dish soap, dish detergent, or paper towels. The Wifi must be in the main house because it does not reach the TV in the living room. The host/property manager did respond quickly when asked questions. For the money it should have been easier to arrive, better stocked and the Wifi should have worked around the entire property.
