2 Bedroom Beauty

Owner did not communicate right , told us we had to leave, was getting messages the first hour we came there, so we left cleaned up because he only wanted no more then four people at property but said no more then six people could stay,said he was gonna refund us because we was only there four three hours an still haven’t received refund

Had a snowstorm the night before so don’t know how the grounds were but the sidewalk, steps and porch were properly shoveled.

Kitchen fully stocked. Had 7 or 8 warsher and dryers in Basement not sure which to use. Tempeture was set at 71 and passcode needed to change . We are both older

This home has so much character, and is absolutely beautiful inside with the original woodwork. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house; everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen was available, and spending time in the home was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

As advertised. Two bedroom house centrally located in Davenport. Clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

The house is wonderful. It is centrally located. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to everything we enjoyed this day. The house is really nice inside. We had a problem and the owner was very responsive and very nice. He took care of everything. He was a very good host

A friend and I came into Davenport to photograph eagles on/near the Mississippi River. This location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well kept. We stayed for 5 nights, and cooked meals in the house 4 of those days. The kitchen was well equipped with Ninja pans, air fryer, keurig coffee maker, blender, etc. The beds were very comfortable for our stay as well. When we had questions, the host was easy to reach for answers. The only thing I would add to the listing in case a potential renter has mobility issues is that both bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. This might be a problem for someone with a knee/hip issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Davenport.

Everything was perfect until the day that I have to check out, Didn't want to leave such a charming house, place, community, town, the location was great close to everything we need. If we ever come back again this is where we want to stay. Thanks for everything

Close to all the site’s we wanted to visit. Had the smart TV’s & Alexa. Comfy & cozy.

The house was neat and clean.

A friend and I stayed for almost a month in this VRBO and it was perfect. Well stocked and close to downtown, I would definitely recommend.
