Stayed Sep 15, 2024Well this place is not ultra modern it is very clean and extremely comfortable. Sunset from the back window nice, location great, no hot tub though. I will stay again next time in Oxnard!

Stayed Feb 21, 2023We're originally from the Ventura County area and our family (parents, 4 adult kids, & a ten year old) needed a home base, while we arranged a family funeral in Oxnard. Despite the crazy CA winter weather, everything was safe and warm in the house. We really appreciated the stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 2022The house was as advertised. There are a lot of stairs… We could tell from the pics that’s it’s kind of a split level style. It’s very dated and the shower head in the bathroom needs replacing. But it was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and lots of towels in bathroom. The master bed was very comfy but it’s up high on a platform. There are step stools to get in and out and it can be a little tricky/narrow for the person near the windows. The walk to the beach is quick and the beach itself is quite wide and nice. We had to pull the couch out from the wall a bit because there is a weird ledge there and 3 or 4 people thumped their heads on it when going to sit on the couch. But overall it is a great value and the location was perfect for us. We would stay again!
