Stayed Aug 23, 2025The property was better than the pictures: clean, nice layout and good location. We enjoyed the outside area with the Pergola, lights and barbecue. We arrived early and I wanted to see if we could use beach passes - the person at the property allowed us early access to use the rental which was a big win for us!The owner offered great recommendations for food and fun.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024This quaint little beach home has become our late summer spot. Lori is very easy to talk to and we have been very pleased with each of the last three years spent here…so we keep coming back. The unit is always clean and comfy. Nice street close to the bay- so much in walking distance. We love it here.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022The first floor of the house is very comfortable, clean, quiet, and fairly well stocked; although there was only one beach chair and the umbrella needs to be replaced. The location is excellent with access to a bay beach and an easy walk to the ocean beach. I find the lock box a challenge to use.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We highly recommend this delightfully comfortable and charming house by the bay! It was super clean, roomy, well appointed, and perfect for a family beach vacation. We’ve stayed in many areas of LBI over the years, but this was our first time in Ship Bottom. We loved it! There were shops, fishing, mini-golf, good food, and of course the beach. We also loved relaxing by the bay, just steps away, to take in the sunsets. A perfect place to make great memories!
