1st Class Rentals - Munson Manor III - 5 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House

If a family has a child playing at Cooperstown All Star Village this is definitely the place to stay! Spacious comfortable and just so convenient to go back and forth to the village.

We loved how close we were to the Cooperstown All Star Village. Made getting to games so easy! Also great recommendations for local restaurants. It was a great home base for our week.

The place was perfect … clean… affordable and super close to the fields as well as Dunkin a gas station and a super cute deli across the street The owner let us in early with no hesitation!

This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies.

The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic. AC worked very well for the unseasonably hot days. It’s small but manageable. Most of the time, we were at the fields and only needed a place to cool off and sleep. Dave was very responsive and an excellent resource. It was a good stay.

My partner and our kids stayed over during the holidays. I grew up in the area and we were back visiting family. It was very nice to have our own space close to family. Beds were comfy. Couch was massive and inviting. Kitchen was big. Wish it was warm enough to have enjoyed the backyard but all good. Street parking wasn’t an issue, many spaces free.

The house was clean and comfortable.

This house exceeded our expectations. All Star Village was just minutes away and the Rite Aid across the street and DD and McDonalds nearby were much appreciated by the 10 year old. When Dave said it was fully stocked that was an understatement! It had everything we could need during our stay. The house was very clean with comfortable beds (with much needed AC in each bedroom and living area) and plenty of towels for four adults and a 10 year old. There was sufficient street parking for all our vehicles. TV and WiFi worked well. Plus it was very pet friendly. We brought a tension gate with us to contain the dog in the tiled kitchen area while we were out (back and forth to the fields several times a day) just in case she had an accident (which she didn’t!) but at least we didn’t have to worry about her. If you’re looking for a location close to the ASV I definitely recommend this house. Thanks Dave!

This house was perfect for ASV! If you’re looking for a perfect close location to Cooperstown All Star Village you’ve found it! Perfect distance, decent food options, and a reasonably priced house. Worked out perfect.

This is the perfect place to stay if your child is playing at All Star Village! It’s very close to the park which made going back and forth to games super easy. The house had everything we needed and the host was very helpful with any questions we had. Book this early for your Cooperstown stay!

Our first experience at Oneonta Cooperstown Village for 12U baseball was fantastic! It was so nice to stay close to the Village. We were back and forth to the village due to weather delays and multiple events. This property is perfectly located for going back and forth to the games and events. Plenty of room for all eight of us including a toddler. Property mgmnt was very responsive. Property desc was accurate. Highly recommend this property!

We came to Oneonta for Cooperstown All Star Village week 1. Absolutely loved how close this was to the fields. Very clean property.
