Stayed May 1, 2021Perfectly situated literally steps away from the stunning gulf, I walked with my dogs every evening to see the sunsets and could easily zip to town a minute a way. Quiet unassuming home with all the bells and whistles for your getaway. Beds were comfy and all the furnishings were attractive. Surrounded by multimillion dollar ones but everyone is very welcoming and for the most part private. The yard needs work and the landscaper did a good job of keeping up as best as he could. Thank you for a memorable visit.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this nicely furnished and well maintained house on 1st Ave N just a few steps from Gulfshore Blvd and the beach. Having a fresh coffee in the Lanai during sunrise, thereafter a walk on the beach and refreshing swim when temperature rises. And watching the incomparable Naples sunset every evening. Shops and restaurants on 5th Ave S are only 6 blocks away, also a relaxing walk during the day or in the evening. A Supermarket and a French bakery are located on 1st Ave S / US 41. The interior of the house is spacious, more beautiful than visible on the pictures, well equipped and in really good and clean condition. The price is not cheap but we didn't regret our decision.

The property was exactly as described to us and the staff at Holiday Life Rentals provided a superb servce. This was our first visit to Naples and we loved being able to walk from the property to the beach, shops and restaurants.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, updated residence. Plenty of room for six. exceptional Old Naples location. Good wifi. We enjoyed the large screened lanai with the private backyard. Air conditioning could be improved though the multiple ceiling fans worked well. Could use a bit more furniture and a ceiling fan on the lanai. We certainly would stay here again.
