I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 familes stayed here and we had a wonderful experience. The home was very clean,nothing was missing or broken and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We loved its proximity to Roslyn and CleElum and the game room was a huge hit with all our kids. We appreciated that it was fully stocked with paddles, balls, putters etc.

Played badminton in the backyard. Had competition using the game room. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub. Just big enough yet cozy to ensure we spend time together.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Great stay with our family of 5! With the bunk room may even let everyone bring a friend next time. Enjoyed the game room every day and cooked in for every meal. Nice quiet neighborhood close to Suncadia and the town for resupplying.

Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and nice place to stay. If we had any problems, they got back to us promptly. Garbage was picked up twice during our 10 day stay which was nice as we made a lot! Lake and pool just a short ride away and had good food in Roslyn. I would recommend this house!

Perfect house for kids, a large Family, lots of nooks and space to be together OR separate! GREAT game room (best part!), stocked house, clean sheets, good beds, Beautiful! Only negative things would be a better coffee pot, wish I knew Keurig I would have brought pods, also an awning outside would have been nice as most of our trip it was raining and we got rained on outside trying to enjoy it, but in the end it didn't matter. Also dryer wasn't efficient, takes too long to dry clothes. Other than those parts, we had a wonderful Family Vacation for my Mother's Birthday! We Hope to come back!
