Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect apartment and location for our family vacation for adults, toddler, and dogs alike. The walk to the beach was quick and seamless, and the management company was quick to respond to any queries. We enjoyed the condition of the beach and the more lowkey, nature-forward Florida vibe. Other guests in the complex were also friendly and welcoming. The layout of the apartment was perfect to allow for early risers to enjoy the living room or porch while others slept in, and we enjoyed the little details of decor and family puzzles.

We enjoyed our week in this unit. Would have select 4.5 stars on all of these but that is not an option. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot with good pressure, the appliances worked well and as always we loved our time on SGI. I think your guests would appreciate a couple of items - a cookie sheet (for use with more than cookies), soft throw pillows on the couch and a little more attention to cleanliness on the bathroom floor. We picked this unit because of its proximity to the beach and the state park. We rented bicycles and were able to ride through the park! O spent several mornings on the beach watching the sunrise. We received clear directions for check in and check out—it was a breeze.

Great property! Host/agency very easy to work with. Condo is clean and well equipped. Great location with ocean view from deck. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to St George’s Island and it won’t be the last. We loved the location of the property and our dogs loved playing in the waves on the beach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

All of the 5 star reviews were well stated and accurate. This is a fantastic place! It was clean, safe, great pool, right near beach, pets AND their owners were respectful (all dogs picked up after), so nice you don't want to give it a good review and be crowded out the next time. I already have reservation to bring family next year. Reservation process was simple.

My husband and I arrived July 24th-28th…From the beginning we experienced an issue with the code, that was supposed to have given us access inside but the code didn’t work. We ended up calling Forgotten Shores, and the individual with the company couldn’t help us, so the building manager had to come over (which took 10 minutes), we didn’t have to wait long but it was an inconvenience. Once inside we noticed the furniture (living room), was very stained and outdated. The “cleanliness” was superficial. I don’t believe they mop the floors just vacuum, and that goes for the main floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located. I noticed the tub was yellowish (I thought it was age). However when we were at the store, I bought cleansers and it (tub) went from yellow to a dull white. The shower curtain (bottom), was black also, so I took care of that too. I believe that the cleaning crew must rinse and wipe down the tub. Similar to some cheap hotels. On the upside it was well equipped and conveniently located to the State Park. The complex was VERY QUIET which was a big surprise.

The condo had everything we needed. Perfect location if you want to be a beach bum. Loved that it was pet friendly. Definitely will keepthis on our short list of vacation spots.

Excellent location, excellent home owners around us and soooo dog friendly. I hesitate to brag on this local cause we don’t want others knowing about it!
