Note added: March 30, 2026: “From April 20th 2026 until April 24th 2026, the Northstar pool and hot tub area will be closed due to work being conducted by the STRATA. The hot tub and pool will be drained at night on Sunday the 19th, with the goal of having both the pool and hot tub full and running the morning of Saturday the 25th.There is potential that the tub and pool will not be ready on Saturday (if any delays occur). All efforts will be made to have the area re-opened by the weekend.

* Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am
* Primary guest must be 25+ and show valid ID at check-in (unless approved). Reservations may be refused without refund if this is not met.
* No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets or evidence may result in fines up to $500.
* Rates include 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax, and a 7% booking fee.
* Credit card and photo ID required for a $750 pre-authorization, which may be charged after departure for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning. Card must be in the main guest's name.

    It was hard to find our unit. The directions given were not helpful. Bit of a walk to get to our unit from our car and having to carry everything in yourself. Staff very difficult to contact after hours. Property itself was great. Very close to village, everything walking distance. Enjoyed the hot tub but recommend they add adult only times for those travelling without children. Unit was clean, but tile grout in bathtub was black and mildewed in many areas. Bed was super comfortable, with extra pillows and an extra duvet. Wifi worked well. Pictures showed unit facing trees, but didn't realize beyond those trees is hwy 99, so it was quite loud with traffic being right next door. Suite was super easy to heat, with baseboard and fan heaters. Appreciated the style of window blinds being super easy to pull up or down. All in all we did enjoy our trip. Hope this info helps.

    Recently updated unit. Not sure if we were the 1st to use the unit after renovations, but the shower drain did not drain well. Left a message with the property mgmt team who answered our email promptly and said they would check/assess. Had read other reviews saying the kitchen was well stocked, but there was virtually only salt & pepper - no sugar, no saran wrap for leftovers either which we always have had at other places we have rented. Again, not sure if this was just because the unit was recently renovated. As for dishes/cups/glasses, etc. - yes, well stocked. The unit is super convenient to the market and Whistler village and can be walkable should you chose. This unit is on the main floor so no worries about stairs. There is stairs coming up from the parking garage though, so if you cannot use stairs, then you can certainly get dropped off before heading to park. Hot tub was a nice added bonus to use in the complex. We did the 2.6 km Rainbow falls hike which was beautiful! Whistler is a magical place.

    This rental unit was perfect for a week exploring Whistler! It met all of our needs and was conveniently located. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We appreciated Harmony resolving a small issue very quickly. We highly recommend staying here and would come back on a future trip to Whistler!

    Really liked staying at the Northstar. I love the location, there is a grocery store right across the street as well as quick service options and restaurants as well. The bus stop in right across the street as well, #4 bus takes you right to the skiers plaza, or you can just walk over (10 minutes). Pool and hot tub were great for Apres Ski. There were three of us, I slept on the pullout which was fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. We stored our bags with the attendant as we had a 10 am checkout and skied from 9-2 on departure day. 100% will stay again.

    Easy, convenient, and well-priced. Chose a unit in a complex right in the village. Hot Tub and swimming pool were a nice amenity as was the king size bed and gas fireplace, full kitchen, and included underground parking - all cheaper than a hotel room.

    Terribly smelly sofa bed. Almost unbearable. Not even sure that the bed had clean sheets but everything stank like sweat and even the cushions had stains on them. I'd strongly recommend to have a quality check for those things. It is important to smell good odour at a place one know everything is being shared with multiple guests, that's my personal opinion. Great location, decent price.

    We loved the proximity to the grocery store and Whistler Village so that we didn't need a car at all. While close to the highway, the noise wasn't too bad. Very clean and well equipped; we had everything we needed. Lovely stay!
