Walking distance from Children’s and Heart Hospitals of Phx. Easy 51 and I-10 freeway access. 5-15 min Uber to Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Arcadia or Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale. Lots of great local restaurants and breweries near by.

No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, the guest must open a P.O. Box. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. The management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
