Stayed Jul 10, 2018Excellent value in Moab. Very quiet, comfortable yet convenient location (less than 15 minutes to Arches NP). The bed sheets and pillow covers are old and did not smell fresh. We were not sure if they had been washed.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025Great place to stay, my only complaint was the room was not stocked with neccarry things for a 5 night stay. No toilet paper, or paper towels or a sponge for doing dishes, no extra garbage sacks, no dish soap, almost no handsoap in batherooms for washing hands. We did make a call to the property manager about the issues and a bag of stuff was left at our front door but only had a few of the items we needed. If those issues get addressed in the future id highly recommend staying there.

Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was well appointed with many kitchen items needed plus a blender. Bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean. The living area was comfortable.Development is 10 minutes out of town. Not sure if it was because it was jeep week, but there were tons of jeeps and trailers on the side streets. There was some noise in the morning from the jeeps.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed in the condo near Moab. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Community was quiet. Showers were great with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was stocked so we could make breakfast and dinner there. The property was close to the National parks and everything in Moab. We had one question with the air conditioning. It was quick and easy to reach the rental company for help. We would stay again!!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024This was home base for us as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. The home and pool were a great respite after morning hikes. Clean and cool inside the home. TV reception was dependent upon the internet so it was spotty at times but I think that is a result of the mountains. The garage was a bonus!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We are a family of 5. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms, dining area and the living room. The large sectional in the living area was nice for us all to be able to hang out. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. One word of caution is the water is very hot and could easily burn someone. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed May 23, 2024Very accommodating and comfortable for our family of 4! The only thing lacking was kitchen items. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the condo, but had to constantly do dishes due to the 4 glasses and 7 forks. Otherwise great though!
