Stayed Apr 4, 2026Pots and pans need to be replaced is all the Teflon on every pot is pretty much coming off. Other than that great place clean easy to find easy access to the beach.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026This place was absolutely wonderful! I did a solo trip with my pup but the villa is so spacious and comfy, a family of 5 could easily spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was so nice and had everything you could need. There are so many amenities here. The beach and pool are just a few minutes walk. The grounds are beautiful and it's a very pet friendly community (bring a flashlight for walking pups at night). I would book here again and again. The only thing I will say is come with realistic expectations. This is a beach rental so expect a few dings here and there and for the outside to show some weathering. Also if anyone coming has an aversion to stairs this isn't practical for you. There are 6 to the front door, a step down into living room, about 4 out back and both bedrooms are upstairs. With that being said I'm not in super shape and had no issues. Bonnie is so great to communicate with and the check in here was the easiest I've had at any place I've stayed in Hilton Head. I highly recommend.

Stayed May 16, 2025Awesome property!!! Best thing for us was having stuff for our 2 year old to play with!!! The rest, how close the veach and pool are were definitely bonuses. Comfortably fits 8 people.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024Hot water takes forever in kitchen. Outside Garbage receptical was full on our arrival. Smelled awful and there were maggots. Made it unappealing to get the beach cart thats stored in there. Patio door is broken-wouldve been nice to have that option to go right out on the deck. No grill. We arrived on a Tuesday, didnt get 'checked in' with security with a permit til Thursday. This meant we were not allowed to enter the resort in any other entrance besides the main one until this was in our hand. The box fan in main bedroom was full of dust. Bedrooms/beds/bathrooms all were perfect! Comfortable. Clean. A/C was on point. Being in the back of Beachwalk had its disadvantages with going to tbe beach, but only 10 min walk or 5min bike ride. Easy! The beach locker was convenient, items were definitely USED to the point as ready to break. (Chairs, umbrella, surf boards)
