Inside, this 5 bedroom 1913 Queen Anne farmhouse unfolds across three sun-filled floors — a wraparound porch wrapped in windows, a wood-paneled living room built for card games and lounging, and a fireplace suite on the main floor. Once a beloved French restaurant, it's now yours for slow mornings, long dinners on the porch, and soaking in the quiet of the Hudson Valley.

Our property is a few minutes from HITS horse show, public golfing at The Swan Country Club, and the Village of Saugerties. We are one town away from Woodstock, about 25 minutes to Hunter Mountain, and about 40 minutes to Wyndham Mountain for skiing. There is horseback riding 15 minutes away at the Rockmount equestrian Center and many other nearby activities.
