Lovely little house, VERY conveniently located in Ashland. Beds are comfy and the communication was great. It is a very old house, so expect original wood floors. steep stairs, and small but very functional bathrooms. We'd stay there again! Great for our family -

We were provided with no way to contact the host prior to arrival. Therefore a bit of anxiety about whether there was AC and whether we would receive the door entry code in time. Not everybody (believe it or not) travels with a phone for texts.

This house is in an excellent location, very central. It is within short walking distance of every restaurant, theater, or shop we wanted to go to. The old house's wall air conditioners and standing fans were a little bit loud at times, but we felt glad that inside temperature was always comfortable, even in June. The house has a nice layout with comfortable furniture Our only negative was that there were ants and earwigs near the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. I recommend this place primarily for its great location.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living room. Bathrooms are small, which was expected. Easy parking. The patio and patio furniture need a good pressure washing, same with the front porch. Housekeeping could pay more attention to details. Communications with the host were excellent.

Alla was a wonderful host. We especially appreciated how communicative, quick to respond, and flexible she was with check in and check out. We had a long day of driving, so opening the door to fresh flowers on the table, candy and a bottle of wine, and comfortable beds really made us feel welcome and at home. Moreover, the location was ideal, on a quiet street just a short and very pleasant walk to restaurants, shops, and theaters.

We had a wonderful time. The four of us were in kindergarten together and now we’re 80 and we still get together once a year. We had a very restful visit going to brunch and then a play and then a wonderful dinner every day. We couldn’t have had a better time.

What a find! This 100 year old house is indeed a Charmer. There were 6 of us (all women) sharing the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and if worked just fine. The house was clean and we were even left a bottle of wine and some candy. Our host, Alla, was most attentive to our needs, like when the racoons knocked over the outside garbage before we arrived. I sent her a message and within 5 minutes, the housekeeper was there to make sure it was all cleaned up. It is an old house so the floors creak and walls are thin, but it's nothing that should stop you from staying. Just be aware that there are stair to get to the two bedrooms. The location is fantastic! We parked our cars and walked everywhere. Two blocks away is the Cabaret Theatre (which I highly recommend) and just a bit further are the OSF theatres. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance, as is Lithia Park and the Japanese Garden, which shouldn't be missed. This was the first year of our girl trip and we hope to come back next year. We will definitely look to stay here!

The location just off of downtown was perfect, and the house was perfect for us. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. We would search out this house again if we go back to Ashland for Shakespeare next year!

Beautiful house! Very charming but with all the modern conveniences we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, it was a long drive to Asland from where we live, but once we were there we didn’t have to get in the car once to get anywhere. Totally walkable to all the restaurants, shopping, OSF, and Lithia Park. Just a wonderful trip!

This home is the perfect jumping off point for the theater. The spaces and appliances are small, but it is well equipped with everything you could need and the owner/manager responds promptly to questions. Designated parking space, A/C blasting on a hot day, comfy beds. The most reasonable 3 bedroom rental I have found in Ashland!

Great little cottage that is within an easy walking distance to the theaters and hiking. Though small, we all had our own comfortable beds. The bathroom with a shower is a bit tight on space but it was clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice picnic bench to sit on outside. I would come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint home. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to numerous restaurants, and to the theaters for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival! Alla was easily accessible via messaging, and when a couple of repair issues arose, she responded quickly and made sure the issues were addressed completely in a timely manner. Thank you, Alla and Patrick, for making this lovely house available to Ashland visitors! It helped facilitate a very special family time 3
