Whether it’s hiking, biking, climbing, off-roading, canyoneering, paddle boarding or floating the Colorado River, scenic drives, golf, or photography, you will never run out of options! Located in the quieter Spanish Valley area, just a 5-minute drive into town for groceries, local shops, and many amazing restaurants. Explore Arches National Park just 11 miles away, with Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park just 50 minutes away.

The property features beautiful modern desert décor with custom art that will sleep 6 guests. Experience comfort in the 2 upstairs bedrooms both with king beds and en suite bathrooms, and a queen pull-out on the main level. You will love the sunrise views of the La Sal Mountains on the front porch, and relax at sunset while you grill and play cornhole on the spacious back patio and grass area with spectacular views of Moab Rim.

A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to prepare meals. A coffeemaker is provided to get you ready for your daily outings. Washer and dryer to rinse away that red dirt at the end of the day. (Detergent is provided)
Relax at the pool, hot tub, playground, or tennis court, or watch television and play games on the main level with a 55” smart television. Bedrooms each also have a smart TV, closet, and dresser for storage.

There is secure bike storage in the outdoor closet for three bikes on wall mounts and one bike on the ground. There is also a small bike rack on the back patio for two additional bikes. (bikes are not provided)

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

There are two parking spaces for the unit. Additional parking is available for vehicles, Jeeps, RZRs, trailers, and other vehicles on Village Drive, which is near the unit. There is also ample additional parking on Meador Drive, which is the main street leading into Rim Village.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

    Great location! Only a few minutes from downtown Moab and Arches. Less than an hour from Canyonlands. Really clean, well maintained. If you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs because you can hear road traffic at night. So much better than staying in a hotel!

    One of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in/at. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Outside of Moab city limits, but short drive to downtown and 15 min drive to Dead Horse Ultra start. 12 minute drive to Arches National Park. Short drive to grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

    My husband and I stayed at this Vrbo for a long weekend and really enjoyed our time there! It is clean and well-stocked! Plenty of blankets and towels, and everything you could ever need in the kitchen! Highly recommend this location.

    The home was very clean!! It had a well stocked kitchen and we loved the little extra with the bath and body works soaps and lotions! The location was close to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse State Park. Fun rafting trip with Mild to Wild! Check out the drive on Potash Road to the Birthing Rock, a very serene and beautiful drive. Thanks for a great stay!

    Very clean big townhouse with two pools and hot tub which is great after days of hiking! Newly renovated rooms! The only thing was the couch in living room was very uncomfortable to watch tv aftwr long outdoor days and the air conditioning unit was very loud. Other wise the location was excellent away from all the noiae

    The condo was excellent and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The view from the front door was just incredible. The only suggestion I would have for the owners of the condo is to somehow reduce the noise level from the heating/AC fan, it's kind of annoying if you're watching tv in the downstairs level.

Super comfortable beds and pillows and spacious living areas. It’s a very peaceful location just on the edge of town. Easy check in and easy to find with the directions provided. We loved how everything is provided so that we didn’t have to shop for household items like detergent etc. We would definitely stay here again.

    The property was sparkling clean! Nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property was a quick drive to downtown Moab and to Arches national Park which was the whole point of our trip. Wish we were there long enough to have used the pool. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to the parks.

    We loved being about 5 miles out of Moab in a quieter area. We had easy access to Arches/Canyonlands and Bears Ears Monument. The complex was quiet when we were there. We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting outside both on the front porch and back areas. The pool was fairly crowded with families and young kids enjoying it. There was not much in the way of shade or pool chairs/loungers. The condo itself was perfect. We loved having the washer and dryer in unit. This condo would be a perfect set up for two couples as the unit has essentially two master bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. Our only complaint is the air conditioning unit is extremely loud and made it impossible for us seniors to watch tv in the living room in the evening. We just went upstairs and watched tv.
