1890's charm on Bourbon Trail- 7 distilleries w/in 25min! Bourbon Room in house!

The house is beautifully maintained and in such a great location to make a central spot for visiting distilleries. The hosts are very warm and super responsive. We’ve stayed a couple of times now and look forward to doing so again soon.

Every part of the trip was outstanding. The property was clean, as advertised, and the host were great. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our daughter-in-law was graduating from the University of Kentucky. Was only a short 25 minute drive into the city.. While we were there, we were able to visit a number of the bourbon distilleries. The home was amazing and that it provided a lot of privacy for people who wanted to have conversations in different rooms and was great for communal, entertaining as well. The kitchen was great and large and provided more than adequate space to prep meals. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

It was a very nice property within a short drive of a lot of distillery’s.

The property was just as described. It is located very close to Whiskey Thief Distillery (which was one of the highlights of the trip). We cooked steaks on the grill and enjoyed staying at this nice home.

House was spacious, clean, near grocery stores, restaurants, distilleries and other attractions. Location is directly on a rather busy main road so there is quite a bit of traffic noise (heavy trucks, emergency vehicles). Also near train tracks which adds to the road noise mentioned above as many trains travel through each day/night. Despite that, overall stay was great. Beautiful home in a very historic setting.

Not a lot of options for good food nearby or shopping; but the house was very nice...on a busy street and a bit noisy, however.

We had a lovely stay in the Woodford House! Everything was so clean, spacious and comfortable! We especially loved all the natural light which made the home so bright and cheerful! We really appreciated that we could be there with our dogs, and they felt right at home. The property was perfectly located for visiting distilleries and Keeneland! We highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family to headquarter and visit some distilleries. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table.

Perfect condition. Very, very comfortable. Love the fire pit. Stay was just like being home!

We did tours nearby at Woodford and Buffalo Trace while we stayed here. The house was beautiful and the owners have done a great job of preserving its old features while updating enough to make it very comfortable.

Overall very happy with the accommodations. Great overall spaces (especially the sitting room). Only critical feedback would be sharpening the knives (dull knives can be dangerous) and there is a noisy chase in one of the rooms when the heat turned on. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time!

This house is very, very clean! The woodwork and original features are beautiful. Walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and a coffee bar. Very close to distilleries and shopping (short drives). The owners were super responsive and went above and beyond to offer anything we may need! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the charm of this 1890’s house. It was perfect for our needs while attending a wedding at the Ripy House. Very close to everything we needed! Craft pizza, wedding venue, and Hype Nutrition all within minutes! We really enjoyed the bourbon room to lounge in and visit with family while in town! And the coffee bar was very well stocked! Highly recommend!

House is impeccably clean and very convenient location.

The kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities and fully stocked kpods which were a very nice surprise to make life easier in the morning. The house is beautiful with historic charm but modern conveniences. Our favorite room was the Bourbon room. We had a great family get together in a beautiful place.

My only complaint was that the trash cans was full outside and there was hair in the bathtub downstairs. Other then that this house is awesome

Awesome house, easy check in, and such a nice location for touring the Bourbon Trail. Took a trip with a group of 8 and stayed with comfort and plenty of space.

2nd year staying at the Woodford house. Lots of space and great location. Communication is great as well. Will stay again!

Wonderful home. Great for large groups. Located near bourbon trail. The only con is near police station and railroad so can be loud at night. If you use earplugs no issue.

Great place to stay and host a gathering. Plenty of space, multiple seating areas, wonderful decor. Walking distance to Downtown Lawrenceburg. Short drive to several distilleries and 30 mins to Lexington!

We stayed at this property as we were attending the Kentucky Derby to celebrate a couple of us turning 40. We also wanted to hit a couple of the distilleries on the bourbon trail. The house was amazing it was super clean and had so much character. It is set in a cute historic town that is starting to build itself back up, and is so close to most of the distilleries on the trail. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip all the more memorable as we never had to worry about where we were staying.

We loved the central location. Woodford house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The fire pit created a fun place to hang out in the evening. 3 full Bathrooms made our stay very comfortable for 3 couples. We highly recommend this home!🥃

We loved the home, it was super clean and well maintained. We thought at first that we to far out, but it turned out to be perfect. Emily was right there if I had question. I would definitely recommend this house. I am coming back!

Very roomy and cozy.

The house immediately felt like home and easily accommodated three couples. With ample size and amenities, it was ideally located for visits to distilleries, wineries, house farms, horse racing, and nice drives in the countryside.

Nicely renovated older home with lots of character and charm with plenty of room to easily accommodated 6 friends on a bourbon trail excursion. Location was centrally located for the distilleries on our tour list. We particularly enjoyed the Woodford room to hang out as a group!

The property was convenient to multiple bourbon distilleries and Keeneland. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. Thanks for a great stay!
