Stayed May 31, 2025Great little cozy house on large property, with room to play outdoor games! Host was very friendly and there was great communication before and during visit. Very clean and perfect for nights after long days at the ball field. Very close to Dream Parks and Cooperstown. About a 25 minute drive to All Star Village, but an easy drive!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Property was wonderful, in a great location and had everything we needed! The communication was a bit overwhelming. Starting when I booked the property, months ahead of our stay, there was various communication through Vrbo, email, and text. Enough that I had trouble keeping all the information I was given straight and where I had received the information.I would suggest one form of communication and clearly laying out the rules and expectations for the property in the listing so they can be reviewed before booking.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025Several families stayed at the 1819 House + Carriage House for six nights while our kids played in the Cooperstown baseball tournament, and it could not have worked out better! We had 18 people total, and plenty of space for all of us. The tavern was a huge hit and perfect for feeding the whole team, and the yard got lots of use while we were there! From wiffle ball games to late nights around the firepit, we spent as much time outside as we could -- the weather was perfect! Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely recommend this property to other baseball families.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented the 1819 House and the Carriage house and couldn't had a better experience! Perfect location and all our guests thought the accommodations were perfect!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Place was clean and the owner was extremely cordial and accommodating. Our only complaint (not really a complaint, but preference) was that there was only one tv with no regular cable. Other than that, we highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The host was very friendly and meet us at the house to show us around. The house was very close to everything, which was great since my son was playing at Dreams Park. Plenty of room for family.
