1800 sf Townhome - Minutes to Everything in Town

Nice, clean home in a decent area of town and close to downtown and historic areas.

Stayed at this property for a quick family vacation. The host was nice and communicated effectively throughout the stay. The home was clean, slightly dated...but clean! The property was not far from the locations we wanted to be, so overall it was a nice stay.

The house was as advertised. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and our host Dawn was very responsive before and during our stay.

The townhome was comfortable, well-appointed and the kitchen had all the tools and appliances one could need. The beds were comfortable. There was one problem with one of the toilets running continuously, but Dawn came over within minutes of receiving the communication from me and took care of things to our satisfaction. We did not use the laundry room but it was well stocked. All in all, a very rewarding stay in a great city!

Dawn was very accommodating. The home is centrally located and spacious enough for my group of 5. The kitchen was equipped and stocked with several options of cookware and utensils. I'd definitely recommend.

Very kind host very nice and spacious place

Home was clean and access was a breeze. Was very spacious and accurate to pictures and property manager was very kind and communicative. The ac was not not lowered before our arrival and took all day for ac to begin working and it wouldn’t drop down past 71. It was comfortable enough but would have been nice to sleep in a cold home after being outside in the heat all day. Thought location would be closer to street cars but we had to uber to prime locations. Not recommended if you want ease to jump on public transportation. All in all it was a nice stay.

Dawn's place was perfect. She was very friendly and available for questions if needed (we didn't). We were very comfortable. I appreciated the large kitchen, laundry facilities, the excellent iron, the picturesque backyard area, comfortable beds and plentiful bath linens, games and books to read. The house was in a quiet neighborhood centrally located for everything we needed. We also appreciated the generous checkout time.I would definitely book again!

Very spacious and perfect for our family. Kitchen is well supplied, backyard oasis charming. Located just far enough away from the noise but convenient to be anywhere in short drive. Dawn is an excellent host! Would highky recommend for your NOLA stay

Met elderly in laws in New Orleans (instead of winter in Montana) for post Xmas vacation. We are 4 adults (2 are college students). Dawn’s place was great - clean and well provisioned with plenty of linens, easily accessible, comfortable beds, good laundry options, adequately equipped kitchen and enough room for 6 to share breakfast and hangout in the evening. Smart TV had latest services and apps. Wifi was strong and fast. Off street parking spot was nice but proved not necessary. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, with friendly neighbors and cute pets. Location was central to most of New Orleans areas and activities - usually a 10-20 min drive. We would rent Dawn's place again for our next visit to New Orleans.
