17th Fairway Retreat is a light-filled, 4,600 sq ft townhouse on Bayside’s 17th and 18th holes, with the fairway under the decks and Lake McConaughy running the view. Morning coffee faces the green. Evening sits over the water. The clubhouse is a short ride. White-sand beach access is about a 10-minute walk.

The house is built for a full group- 13 guests. Two levels. Two private decks. A luxury kitchen, coffee bar, and mini bar. A pool table and a 75-inch TV. Fourbedrooms and 4.5 baths

4,600 sq. ft. two-level townhome with views of Bayside Golf Course and Lake McConaughy.



Whole-home stay: kitchen, living areas, decks, and parking included. The walk-out lower level gives the group extra room to spread out.

Guests have the entire townhome: kitchen, living areas, all bedrooms and bathrooms, both private decks, and on-site parking. Shared beach access details are sent after booking.
