$1600/week in summer! luxury with private hot tub in Woodhaven 4

What a treat to be able to ski straight to the lift and then right to the back door! Cozy accommodations with every creature comfort you could ever want. Mud/prep room was massive with heated floors and boot heaters. No problem for seven of us getting ready all at once. Hot tub was served daily and worked great. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was perfect. It had everything you could need including fantastic location to the trail! Plenty of towels for the large hot tub and loads of space. The bedrooms were well spaced out so sleeping was great. And Kyle was super responsive to every question I had.

We created some great family memories during Thanksgiving just prior to the ski season. Woodhaven 4 was clean and such a great place to stay for me and family. We walked into the village, had a great family dinner and the smell of coffee in the morning, intermingled with the laughter of my 2 year old grandson was nothing short of magical. Thank you....

We really our time at Woodhaven 4! The bedrooms worked great and the kids loved the media room in the garage. It was a big hit! The main village was a 10-15 minute walk which was really convenient for getting ice cream in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay for families!

Great stay in Sunpeaks. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities like spices, flour and small appliances that made it easy to eat in. Lots of games to play to keep busy. Location was good. Would definitely return.

The chalet was amazing. Well appointrd and met all our needs. Made our weekend.

The property was just like the pictures online. The mud room or ski room with heated floors and benches worked so well for all our gear. The owners are amazing and they welcomed us with a box of baby donuts. They also responded quickly to any of our inquiries. Would highly recommend their place:)

We were two families, four adults and four kids, and the house was perfect for us. There is a huge mudroom off the garage that is perfect for getting your ski gear on. The ski in and out is really easy. The trail is only about 50 feet from the house. The only issue is that the trails that lead to and from the house have some flat sections that were more difficult for young kids who didn’t have enough weight to carry them through those sections. But they did okay. I’d recommend this place to anybody and we are already looking at booking for next year.

The property was perfect for our group of friends. Plenty of room, nice amenities and great ski-in/ski out location. The pluses and there are many but the most enjoyable were the hot tub (nice, big and easily accessible and quite private), the foosball table (played every night) and the ski changing room with heated floors. I highly recommend this property and Kyle and Jill are perfect hosts.

Well equipped set up location. Easy ski in/ski out. Lots of space, bright and one of the best boot rooms we've ever seen. Would happily stay here again.

Our crew really enjoyed the foosball table and hot tub. Heated floors in the entries and big suiting up room. Ski in and out worked well too.

We stayed here for our annual family pre Christmas get together. This unit is clean, spacious, warm and very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

This is our favorute place to stay in Sun Peaks. Beautiful townhome, close to everything.

Beautiful well laid out home suitable for families. This layout is unique and gives everyone their own room and yet has Beautiful common spaces.

Our overall experience was pretty good, however, we felt the property could have been cleaner. The back deck still had children's chalk pieces all over the sidewalk from previous guests, there was a fair bit of bird droppings on the chairs and patio itself and the BBQ grill was very dirty and rusty. One of the patio chair legs was so rusted that the chair broke while someone was seated in it. There were children's dirty hand prints all over the glass on the front patio and the toilets were quite dirty under the toilet bowl rims. There were numerous items in the house that were clearly not dusted - window ledges, coffee makers, etc. The temperature during our stay was above 28 degrees outside, daily and typically about 34 degress in the unit. We would highly recommended some new fans to help summer renters be more comfortable. Other than that, the unit had everything we needed.
