Stayed Jun 6, 2026The house and outdoor space are beautiful and well equipped with everything a family needs. We had two families and it worked out great for us. The only thing that was a little tricky was that the four staying in the bunk room had to go into another bedroom to use a bathroom. Not a huge deal with our family but a consideration depending on the group. A spiral staircase was the only way up to the bunkroom but we had older kids with us so it wasn't a problem. The pool was amazing and lots of space to hang out outside and plenty of seating. The extra refrigerator was great to have. It was a perfect place for families to eat together and the view of the ocean was incredible. It was close to tennis courts and the general store and a 5 minute drive to a grocery store. Great location on the island.We would rent the house again!

Stayed May 2, 2026Beautiful property with plenty of space. We loved how open the living space was. Amazing views of the sunrise from the beach which was seconds away with access from property. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 21, 2026The view was a little obstructed but very consistent with the picture. The location was great as it was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great. The house condition and layout were also great. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025We have been going to Hilton Head for 30years and this was my favorite house. We always stay beachfront in a home and this was perfect. Great views, wonderful pool, well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, everything you need! I loved the layout for us and our three grown children. The owners have managed to keep it as a traditional HHI house while updating and to feel like a true beach home!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The location is excellent, the property is clean, and the layout of the home is great. My feedback would be that the livingroom furniture wasn't comfortable, and the kitchen could use some serving spoons and the dishwasher left food particles on the dishes.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024The property was all one could ask for and more. Lovely house, well equiped, great location. Unfortunately, we had to call for repairs three times: separate HVAC unit in bedroom off of garage not functioning, bedtime discovery of a broken bed frame, and half way through our stay A/C stopped functioning on all three units servicing the house. Repair men required each time. Regular maintainence of these units would have avoided the problems. Waiting for repairmen and being sure of repairs was not the way we wanted to spend vacation time. Perhaps better inspection and maintenance is required. And during a bike ride, a pedal fell off.
